I’m with Oilinvestor here.
Trin and Tob are struggling with covid outbreak.
WTI is slumping
We are on the cusp of a covid winter-look at Europe already.
Demand is likely to reduce if lovkdowns reintroduced.
It is a time for financial caution.
I do know that Bruce is generally speaking a very sensible man of finAncial prudence.
But they do pay stonking salaries and LTIP free shares and we shareholders languish at 7.9p.
So..I suspect it was an internal promotion move although I can have no idea at all really.
Not the best of times to take on anpther stonking salary though I feel.
Why are we at 7.9p? Slump in WTI and NO news on SPT. One must not tely upon the budget. We have done that 2 years running. Both were a farce.
I feel we are just spectators. Always “ shareholder value”. “ Step change”.
I have seen no step changes in 6 1/2 years except going down the stairs.
The previous RNS was just a fillip and nicely set the price upwards for the LTIP vesting. It was not necessary. This RNS has to be published but the step change and shareholder value just remain concepts and promises every year.
They are real when they come about. Like the promised SPT change!

Why employ someone else on a stonking salary?
Jeremy was extraordinarily capable.
Oil has taken a dive and their G and A costs up. They did a very good job in paring down unnecessary positions to get G and A where it is. He will probably be on £100k Not the best of times.+

Prom were recently the stalking horse for a failed bid of amerisur resources.

They played games, they had no intention of taking on Amerisur.
