Reads ok to me. The company is doing well in the present oil environment and is being well positioned going forward.Another positive, we have just received $2.8m cash for Gaupo sale settlement .Onwards and upwards from here.

So Tom Whiner from Shareprophets is dissing Trinity, comparing it with Circle.

Says it's up to its neck in debt and defaulting.

I'm fairly relaxed about Trinity as my guess is that it's producing cash flow.

It's my opinion what may happen. L&G still have 3.5m to sell and segel isn't buying anymore. Not worth buying until L&G are out and the manage to refinance.

Trinity Exploration and Production (LON:TRIN – 3.0p) – New Plan in the Offing?: The continued rolling over of the debt while telling us something negative previously, in that the transaction that was contemplated previously eventually got cancelled, it tells us something different this time around too. We believe that for the debt providers to continue to roll over in this rising oil price environment should mean that they think that there is a better opportunity for the Company to perform with the plan that the management team is developing with their creditors, than the creditors perfecting their security and managing the valorisation of the asset themselves. We believe that this is a solid step forwards for the Company, and one which should ease the headwinds that it is facing currently.

Is not the share price at 2.75p ? It has dropped from over 20p only about 15 months ago. This is from some of the l and g selling and they still have 3.5million to dump. No buyers in trinity and once l and g start re-selling the price will drop.

You advised that the selling from Legal would induce a major collapse here - it has not. Any more forecasts?
