why would the details of the deal change? When prices are agreed they do not usually include a clause regarding the oil price. If that were the case, TXP might have had to pay more had the oil price increased, and I doubt that TXP would have been prepared to pay any more. They might have asked for a clause regarding change in wti beyond a certain point, but I very much doubt it.

The max sell has increased to 525,000 at 2.75p.

I may be wrong but I get the feeling this is due to breakout today or tomorrow. The MACD is also about to turn positive which is a good sign.

In the interm report it states we have a tax aset of $28M and taxation payable of $24MDo the two effectively cancel each other out? Are we really into the government for 28M usd?! How can we ever pay that off if that's the case?!
