19/5/2017 14:05 | I understand your thinking and can see why you would be of the opinion there's a seller. However, a bigger tell than level 2 is the actual online quotes for buys and sells in size. If there has been a seller then I applaud your intuition, but it's been apparent for a while that someone wants stock. Both via published sells way above touch price and also the online quotes for sells of several times nms. Either way we seem to agree Trin is hugely undervalued. S | shrewdmole
19/5/2017 13:55 | shrewdmole.....no i don't bother with it anymore. Many yrs ago when i started trading i thought it gave you an edge. Experience has taught me thats not the case. The market and particularly the market makers know exactly what you can see and they'll often use what it shows against you anticipating what i and other PI,s will think as a result. Like you i have much higher targets for TRIN so the smoke and mirrors playing out in the short term so that a large holder can sell without disrupting the market will hopefully make little difference when TRIN starts to move into the limmelight with improved operational performance . That takes time. imho | pineapple1
19/5/2017 13:44 | Pineapple Tbh if you've been watching the last few weeks they have used icebergs and online quotes for selling have been unreal. I suspect it's last resort before breakout as even now there's zero sellers. S | shrewdmole
19/5/2017 13:26 | If you are serious about buying 1m you don't put it on L2 in one large bid. You'd have it as an ice berg in 10k lots or something or even lay large sell orders in higher up to scare out some sellers whilst you sit on the bid.. It may be there so someone can unload a few feigning strength. In any case its all smoke and mirrors and this will hopefully be higher at somepoint in the near future. A couple of pence lower short term if it occurs is not a lot in the big pic looking ahead. imhp | pineapple1
19/5/2017 13:22 | TRIN's barrels valued at only $6 a barrel gives a takeover price of around 193m market cap. Well north of 55p a share. We are producing & profitable. So any trade buyer needs to hurry up before the obvious valuation gap closes and we become much more expensive as crude recovers to mid 60's. Our oil will last at least 20 years at current rates. | lw425
19/5/2017 13:17 | The 1M bidder on L2 has moved to 15p from 14.5p. Wonder what the motive is... | bones
19/5/2017 13:15 | Trinity would make an excellent small addition to the BP team. 22m barrels reserves 2p and another 20m barrels 2c with more upside on top of that. I wonder............. | lw425
19/5/2017 13:12 | It has to move. Nothing can stay this undervalued for long. | aimmafia
19/5/2017 12:56 | Aim The move isn't in doubt it's just when! S | shrewdmole
19/5/2017 12:46 | 15.02 to sell. Looking rock solid for a move now | aimmafia
19/5/2017 09:51 | 1M on the bid on a basic level 2 screen is not something you see every day! | bones
19/5/2017 09:31 | well someone has clicked on and put 1m on the bid side. been able to get quotes for large amounts to sell for days and days now. s | shrewdmole
19/5/2017 07:36 | Oil looks good, hopping for 16p today and make a good close for the week. | mark10101
18/5/2017 18:35 | 650k buy there. | jungmana
18/5/2017 17:28 | Yes deal still being done in back ground by the looks of it. | mark10101
18/5/2017 16:38 | Someone dumping a string of 50k's to kill the bid. | the big fella
18/5/2017 10:08 | Yes the MM know as soon as they tick up to 15.5p volume will pick up, must be they still have an order to clear around 15p. | mark10101
18/5/2017 09:56 | I remember we couldn't sell a bean at 8p then everyone was piling in at 18p! | aimmafia
18/5/2017 09:47 | It funny but if it gets to 16p then the buyers will flood in. Peeps don't want to buy now in case it falls back again. But in a years time 14p or 15p buy price will be irrelevant. | the big fella
18/5/2017 08:57 | You don't need to tell me that. I'm stating that, selling at these levels is idiotic. | aimmafia
18/5/2017 08:50 | Aim The longer it takes to break resistance the greater the rise above it. The case is sound here each day that passes they are just putting money in the bank. A degree of production is hedged, debt massively reduced and production due to steadily increase. Cost of production is down too. So each day that passes it's more and more undervalued as the cash pile grows. At some point the price will catch up to take account of that. S | shrewdmole
18/5/2017 08:40 | I still can't believe people are selling below 18p. Crazy. | aimmafia
18/5/2017 08:36 | Now that is patience! | the big fella
18/5/2017 08:36 | Aim - I generally hold shares until I no longer agree with the investment case. The longest share I currently hold is approaching 20 years! | the big fella |
