Feels like the MM are still facilitating the accumulation phase which is very reassuring. The distribution phase will likely be a fair way north of here. Even then the guys who buy into the distribution phase still could do well with the long term potential here.

The longer we tickle along like this before we get a volume news driven event the better. 15-17p would make an excellent platform for an announcement (within the next month) on the new Trinidad and Tobago oil tax reigime, or a brockers note or an update from the company.
