Right - this one has caught my attention (although I wish it had caught my attention a month earlier!)

I've seen and understood the upside, and the investment case - can someone explain the downside and risks to be eloquently, or X-ref to where that's done, so I can size a potential buy?

Rather than clogging up the board with my constant (and some would say tedious) updating of the order book then I would suggest that should you need a Level 2 update then don't hesitate to ask

44% of the holdings are held by 7 shareholders of directors and a Tim & Lina Robinson including the Segel living trust who consistently backed the company for a number of years now (David Segal now a non exec director amongst his other directorships).

The above represents those holdings above 4% and i'm sure there could be other sizeable holdings below that as a 4% holding is over 11m shares. (Segals have almost 34m).

Current - 20.9 mmbo P2. 19.8 mmbo of 2C discoveries + exploration assets.
Current approx. 2600 bopd.

Initial target = 3,000 bopd.

Further out i'm looking for gradual step increases in production especially with the cash generation to get to 5,000+ bopd which isn't massive considering the amount of development locations/discoveries and have the 2C moved to 40 mmbo total P2 and also having the exploration potential beyond that. If that can be achieved it will be a £1 stock before the next potential phase of growth.

They've been totally streamlined and made leaner on costs. They've got production, they've got the reserves and they've got existing 2C discoveries awaiting development (40 mmbls in total). A lot of hard work done and expensed in finding the oil already without having to explore, so hopefully steady as it goes in driving us forward and an eventual 100p being achieved and a bit of patience.

There are shares held from the placing from lower down. But plenty of that has been recycled already. It is a healthy turnover, and it is easy to see the true value here. Not many better plays around at the moment.
