Trident Royalties plc was notified on 24 December 2020 that James Kelly, Non-executive Chairman, on 24 December purchased 15,000 Trident ordinary shares of GBP0.01 par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39p per Ordinary Share. Following this share purchase, James Kelly is interested in 355,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
