18/5/2017 16:33 | more today. They seem to be getting flogged off at 72p. ...so not sure what this implies. I guess it means we have support at 72p... And the buyers are looking to make a reasonable return. So range about 72p to £1.44 ?? | netcurtains
17/5/2017 22:22 | thanks PJ1, I did the maths but forgot that the market cap NOW is at a different price to the price they paid (its significantly bigger) . When I correct my price mistake, it is about 3%. | netcurtains
17/5/2017 22:12 | Its almost dead on 3% of the shares in issue. Chance of a corresponding holding RNS I'd have thought. | pj 1
17/5/2017 18:36 | I think it's quite impressive they sold that many with little impact on the price. Once they are all gone things might get very interesting | trier1
17/5/2017 17:17 | I wonder who's taken those near 470k shares from the administration? Hopefully that's good news. | pj 1
17/5/2017 15:09 | would be great if it climbed another penny or so before close | netcurtains
17/5/2017 10:35 | Selling the overhang of shares will significantly increase liquidity. With a small cap like this that could increase the share price on it's own. | trier1
17/5/2017 08:50 | Whatever - its all semantics really - I'm surprised that you simply did not understand what the chap meant. There is a BIG WAD of SHARES that has to be sold. The sale might make the share price go up (good information coming in via the seller) or it might make the price go down (have to sell at a loss). So far, the omens say: "WE'RE IN THE MONEY"..... But early days. | netcurtains
17/5/2017 08:00 | They won't sell the bulk of those shares in the open market, that would not be maximising the returns for creditors. | pj 1
17/5/2017 07:48 | Liquidator not involved, its with the broker and i think the share price tells you how he's getting on. | spooky
17/5/2017 06:43 | PJ1: You know the ex-20% holder who no longer has the shares but is now with the liquidator. They will have to sell (so 'forced seller') eventually. We've talked about this for two weeks, surely you know what he meant? | netcurtains
16/5/2017 22:57 | Forced seller? | pj 1
16/5/2017 22:23 | Hi modform: The forced seller still has to sell. I was suggesting that the rise is in part due to the marketing campaign of the liquidators... Its quite possible (look at the history) that they think they know a bit more positive news than we do come the final results in june. For sure the whole thing might collapse like a pack of cards if the seller floods the market. But on the other hand they might be able to sell to "big institution" which might potentially make the price rise even further. Anything might happen and it probably will.. That is why I bought back.... Its a gamble for sure, but so far it looks OK. TOUCHWOOD | netcurtains
16/5/2017 22:03 | Still holding onto mine, I wonder what happened to the forced seller | modform
16/5/2017 11:14 | every now and again some big trades going in. Some people must be pretty sure of themselves. | netcurtains
16/5/2017 10:05 | Looking back at the last 6 days the transactions have been nearly all buys, so good old fashioned buying power pushing these back up. We know what the PBT will be at least £1.5m which does mean that TRD are cheap, seems that other investors are picking up on this. | interceptor2
16/5/2017 09:41 | Have bought some. Very cheap indeed. If they can pay a dividend and why not given the cash they will have at the moment it will add confidence as well. | trier1
16/5/2017 09:31 | way things are going we could hit new high this week. But early days. Lets see a bit more.... | netcurtains
16/5/2017 07:11 | Suspect someone has picked up something positive to do with the shares in bankruptcy. | pj 1
16/5/2017 06:49 | Its possible, as the liquidator goes round trying to sell the shares they have to, as part of the process, sell how good Triad is as a company, and as a knock on effect of this, a lot of people are buying the shares. 9% rise in a day, is a lot of smoke. | netcurtains
15/5/2017 15:45 | temping to think they might give a dividend. | netcurtains
15/5/2017 15:09 | "Healthy" - indeed , Triad do not do the NHS (yet)..... All their systems working! | netcurtains
15/5/2017 14:05 | Healthy buying for a week here now....finally being reflected by the SP | gleach23
10/5/2017 14:03 | Interesting times... If you are interested in "potential" bargains, check out PCF.L (touchwood) | netcurtains
10/5/2017 13:59 | L2 and the reported trades not making much sense today. If it continues though it could be te highest volume for some weeks | pj 1 |
