Good update this AM, share price would be much higher if if wasn't for the big seller off loading over 100k shares into it.

I was expecting it to be up a bit more but I bought Zoo Digital when they announced
results a good few months back. I think they closed about 15% up on the day at about 12.5p ( me having bought at 11.8p)The real rises came later as investors analysed numbers and prospects and I'm out of that now. The current management seem to be running a tight ship so I'm happy to hold patiently here. :-)

Surprised this isn't up more given the recent poor sentiment & chart performance.

With gross margins continuing to improve & further large contract wins, this seems increasingly likely to hit FY eps of 11p.

As others have said, the introduction of an interim dividend shows great confidence going forward & with net cash maintained around £2m this seems incredibly cheap on an EV to EBITDA around 4-5, especially in such a highly rated sector.

Not much risk of any downside from here on a pe ratio of 6 and 4m plus net assets with market cap 10m and growing profits

yep £1 target could still be on.
I'm back in.

I thought brexit might have dampened it a bit , but no, still all guns are blazing.

If the UK picks up a bit TRIAD will go ballastic.

Get in while still cheap is my view (relative to past 2 years this is a cheap price).

Agreed amt ,The Dividend is a sign that TRD is generating Cash and not just numbers.

The interim dividend is a big sign of confidence. Even if turnover is flat with 30m annual a 5% improvement in margins would double profits.

Companies like this need to build investor confidence and demonstrate sustainable profitability which Triad is doing, There is no reason why this shouldn't be a £1 +

EPS of say 11 for the year on pe of 10 gives share price of 110 which seems a reasonable target and perhaps much higher if they breakthrough into new markets with that software they mention.

I've been watching this for a few Years and missed the initial boat when it was
in it's 20's as I didn't have the available funds but have sorted that and bought
recently on the recent share price weakness. Lot's of potential here and still a very undervalued company.

Much better than people had expected which is a relief as I am in a loss at the moment. A half year dividend declared which is good news. The doom and gloom appears unfounded. Doesnt set the world on fire but should get share price back towards the 90s

Thats as good a result as I could have hoped for given the recent share price drift, plus the start of interim divis.
New framework deals bode well for the future, this must surely rerate even with the share overhang which I imagine will find an institutional home.

I no longer have an active interest in Triad.
I sold my last shares today.

I have no knowledge of bad news - it could still get to £1 tomorrow.
