25/7/2017 11:33 | Look at PARITY RESULTS (out) And compare to TRIAD...
Come on TRIAD we should be going up DOUBLE!!!! | netcurtains
21/7/2017 17:17 | Looks like we might have seen the bottom.I recently posted on the Zoo thread that Zoo has a very good price to sales ratio of 0.8 (vs a sector average of 3.6). This is based on stockopedia's sector analysis where it includes Zoo in the 'Software and IT Services Industry' sector.I noticed that stockopedia place Triad in the same sector and Triad is one of the few companies with a better price to sales ratio. In fact Triad's ratio of 0.32 is the lowest of any profitable company in the sector (out of 130 companies).Equally impressive is that Traid's PE ratio of 6.7 is the second lowest in the sector and the average is 28.9. | mcfly79
21/7/2017 09:09 | no worries - - touchwood! LOL | netcurtains
17/7/2017 10:37 | No buyers? Just hope the next trading update is positive. | its the oxman
11/7/2017 16:40 | martinthebrave:
Its just as good today as it was 12 months ago. Nothing has changed.
They are winning new contracts - watch this space. | netcurtains
11/7/2017 15:42 | Has the problem here now become a combination of the large forced seller plus the impact on #TRD of reforms to the GIG economy & any potential legislation that might arise from the Taylor review or am I reading the situation wrong? | martinthebrave
11/7/2017 15:13 | Small caps on the decline generally .Lack of buyers out there .Sicknote | s34icknote
11/7/2017 14:18 | Dire today | its the oxman
05/7/2017 11:46 | Thanks. Net Wey on my watch list Waiting for funds to become available . Sicknote | s34icknote
04/7/2017 08:00 | s34icknote: Thanks for the tip. I'm sticking with triad because its main problem is the "seller" the company still is as it is. Its a long term hold for me at this point. They are winning contracts etc - so even if they are not growing as fast they still are worth a great deal more than their current price - if I sit it out.
However its no longer the core of my holding - that is WEY education. I am a firm believer in "home school" - I think it is the future. Imagine, if you will, being 14 in Moscow. You want to go to university in America or Canada or UK - its MINUS 40 outside and you cannot speak English too well. The school run to local russian school would be nightmare this time of year. Solution to all your problems - get iGCSE and A levels remotely in a school based in the UK that will get you all the right qualifications to study in the USA or UK and teach you English at the same time - all for about £3K a year? Or imagine if you will you are a UK based girl who suffers from being bullied - perhaps due to imagined appearance and hates going to school... The solution for her, and others like her, is to have real time education over the net to slowly get you back into mainstream - or just stay with net school. They even get students into Cambridge! The concept of home school in the UK is growing at about 50% a year.
This is ground zero. | netcurtains
03/7/2017 07:15 | Hi net This one has lost its momentum .Since leaving I moved into pmo and zoo .Believe zoo will be my next triad !.Still keeping this on my watch list .Still cheap but has growth peeked ?Sicknote N a I D y o r | s34icknote
21/6/2017 18:42 | TRD must be well out of any closed period, so it's fair to say the BoD are not going to purchase any, imo. I could be wrong though, maybe they are waiting for the price to fall further. | pj 1
21/6/2017 18:41 | I did contact the administrator who refused to say anything really other than refer me back to the Broker.
I also spoke to them. They were not aware there is any short term reason for the Administrator to have to dump any more shares on the Market. However, longer term the ''overhang'' needs sorting, which should be completed sooner rather than later, and things '' will no doubt return to normal'' I know not how
I believe the trading update in April was an indicator the BoD were aware of the issue arising.
Time will tell whether or not I was just ''fobbed off''. | pj 1
21/6/2017 18:04 | ...I guess they will soon be gone.
The company I suspect will announce some "big orders" to bump and price post sale..
Just got to get the seller off our backs!
job done! | netcurtains | |
21/6/2017 12:05 | Agreed modform, I'm still waiting to add some more.Has anyone been in contact with the company to check what they are doing to place the shares? | mcfly79
21/6/2017 11:59 | Since the forced seller is back, we may be able to pick some very cheaply | modform
20/6/2017 13:03 | Great share this, price goes down on good news ffs! | nmulm
19/6/2017 21:30 | ...no really "NEW CLIENTS" appear to be there. Well done Triad. Really. | netcurtains
12/6/2017 12:57 | new clients is the key here. Well done Triad. | netcurtains
12/6/2017 07:29 | Oh sure patience is needed | trier1
12/6/2017 07:28 | Looks like it gleach. The payment of a dividend will allow the stock to be purchased by more funds. Perhaps this was the main reason. | mcfly79
12/6/2017 07:26 | Pe of less than 7 or perhaps 5 going forward which is odd for a steadily growing company | amt
12/6/2017 07:11 | Unfortunately it looks like there are a lot of shares available on the Offer so perhaps our trustee friend Mr Atkinson is selling? | gleach23
12/6/2017 06:57 | Great increase in pbt as previously forecast.
No increase in the deferred tax asset so PAT of £1,534k giving eps of 10p putting us on a PE of 7.5 (or under 6 if you strip out the cash).
Cash conversion has been good with year end cash standing at £2.2m (about 20% of the market cap). Nice to see an initial dividend on the back of this - albeit fairly small. | mcfly79
