LinkedIn show Triad staff numbers up at the rate 1% per week. (17% over the last six months) but the hiring spree only got advertised in November, allowing for interviews i think we can safely assume no one from the batch started pre Dec 1st 2003.

8 positions are currently on offer, some with more than one opening.

With the greatest respect.:

Let me change your request, to include a little known fact.

Any investor who has purchased Triad shares at ANY period in the last 20 years is sitting on Capital and dividend profits.

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

NOW READ THE TRADING UPDATE DELIVERED TWO WEEKS AGO.

“In my overview of results dated 20th December 2023, I said "I personally have never felt so confident and enthusiastic about the state and prospects of the Company for more than 20 years" and "I believe that we are at the beginning of a period of increasing major success and growth". I am delighted to confirm that both these statements are proving to be more than amply justified”

Let me add another fact, Triad Group plc is 100% off the city radar, mixed in with the 4% of listed companies that do not have a profit forecast, or share price target in the market for various reasons.

Triad are now in week 52 of the 2023 - 2024 year.

Next week a new growth chapter starts.

Good luck .

NET :

Simply Wall St has the two companies you mention above on near identical PE ratios of 26 and 28 with projected growth rates of C: 10%.

Triad will not have a PE ratio until real profits are delivered for the 6 months to 30 Sep 2024.

At a minimum the PE ratio will then need to be reduced by at least 50% to take account of just 6 months of trading not 12.

The attraction of Triad over BYTES and SOFTCAT is two fold.

1/ Triads full order book, new hires, and Chairmans remarks in the recent trading update combined, point to substantial, monthly growing profits, during 2024 and beyond.

2/ Triad are much smaller and can grow profit much faster expressed as a % than the above bigger players. (10% is not attractive to myself.)

An investors dream ticket is owning shares in a stock that is potentially going to be rerated from a low starting point, first to hit an average PE Ratio for the sector, and then go on to be awarded a premium Ratio as the quality of earnings and the companies growth rate are factored in.

Psst if you want to read Sunday Times today there is a column called "The Tipster" by Lucy Tobin...

She has Softcat and Byte - tips... She writes "Very strong demand for software and IT services"....

Keep it under your hat...

The issue across the board is quality.

Triad has pushed like mad to get into the top 3% and has won that battle, as witnessed by winning more awards than anyone else.

Triad are tiny, they are growing organically, in part, to prevent bad habits creeping in.

The growth is measured ( unlike the one minute darling “Made Tech” ).

By next year they want to be the UK”S favourite Computer IT Consultancy.

Basically it’s down to hiring the best, forming motivated teams, and bloody hard graft, project after project delivered on budget and on time.

Going the extra mile for clients is very refreshing for all parties.

The rewards come in the form of repeat business, and being in a position to charge margins that reflect the resource put in.

Did you see the breaking news on BBC. Greggs Card payments not working. That is about the 3rd company in the space of a couple of days.....

What is going wrong with IT?

The UK needs more TRIAD PLCs urgently..... We probably are too dependent on overseas...

We need more of our own, more TRIAD PLCs...

Year-on-year inflation came in at just 3.4% in January.

Thats a pleasant surprise, that helps on various fronts.

First in the form of wage moderation across the industry, and secondly, it makes fast growing dividends a very, very, compelling attraction.

Lower inflation should also feed through to a lower cost of running any business.

12% not long ago now 3.4% is good news all round.

Triads work on the ACE program is not recorded on the Uk Governments “ Contracts Finder” portal .

Hence it is additional work, thats ongoing.

One can understand why the chairman can hardly contain his enthusiasm, about Triads prospects.

It also points to a substantial increase in revenues for the year 2024 - 2025, more so, when combined with higher utilisation rates than previously recorded from those who have worked for Triad over the last 3 years.

LinkedIn shows 15% growth at Triad in headcount over the last 6 months.

If one does a cross reference with the Triad jobs offered over the last 6 months, we discover:

The available positions jumped from a flat 2 through last summer and into the autumn.

They shot up in the first week of November 2023, and stand in at 7 today.

Thus one can assume any new hires could not have started prior to December the first 2023.

From this one can conclude the 15% at the top of the page is actually spread over Dec, Jan, Feb, and half of March.

Take out Xmas and it”s 3 months, NOT six that the 15% growth in staff numbers, on the LinkedIn site shows.

These are clearly excellent numbers for shareholders pointing to growth of perhaps 30% over a full year. ( This number could be way higher but lets not get ahead of ourselves.)

“I am delighted to have been asked by Crown Commercial Services to share my thoughts with the CCS SME Working Group this Thursday on the new Procurement Act. Great to see this sort of engagement with SME’s – I am sure our collective efforts will lead to better outcomes for all.”

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

CCS = Crown Commercial service: It is they, who put out the Government contracts Triad and others bid for.

Fantastic to see our CEO being invited to explain how he thinks the bid process can be improved and made easier for SME”S to win a larger slice of the Government computer IT spend cake.

The CCS is re writing the old EU rule book ready for launch in October.

Personally i am convinced this will smash open Government doors allowing the very best SME”S to expand at pace.

Topping this, is the fact, to get exposure to this stock market sub segment, through an SME, is near impossible. That over time may see investors channel funds into Triad stock. ( lack of choice ). The alternative is larger companies with slower growth rates.

Hence TRD have yet another edge in its goal to becoming the United Kingdoms favourite consulting company by 2025.
