30/1/2024 16:20 | Reinvesting dividends. Dividends vs. total returns Reinvesting dividends can boost your overall returns; however, if it's dividends alone you're after, you might consider taking a sector-by-sector approach. Over the past two decades, some of the highest payers, such as the communication services sector, have generated the lowest total returns, whereas some of the lowest payers, like information technology, have generated the highest total returns. //////////////////// This is what the city has yet to realise. Only a tiny fraction of uk Small Cap companies have the ability to not only grow profits at pace but also dividends. Triad does not require a large lump of profit to be retained to produce future growth. Top priority are staff, who over time should also benefit from the options they are given. Some cash is required for working capital and a rainy day. The remainder can be paid out as dividends or in the form of share buy backs. | sunshine today

30/1/2024 08:13 | About Us Join an award-winning team recognised twice for “Project Excellence” at “The Chartered Institute for IT & Computing Awards.” Triad operates at the heart of the public sector, understanding its technology challenges, and delivering goals at the best value for UK citizens. We are on a mission to become the UK’s favourite technology company by 2025 //////////////////// This one paragraph is incredibly informative and is included in each career posting. Although displayed to attract new quality staff, it equally applies to new prospective shareholders. First point of note are the awards, where the competition is beyond tough. Triad states in the last results that the company won a total of 3 awards more than any other entry. These awards get noticed within the industry and Government, they will also ease the path towards winning repeat contracts. Where would you start, if it was you, going out to tender.? Working in the heart of Government is impossible unless you’re trusted. It clearly opens more doors to speeding up the required change, to increase adoption of new technology, and cut costs across Government. Triads contact base can expand, with the chance of introducing best practice across different government departments. Finally, Triad are on a mission to become the UK’S favourite technology by 2025. That task will have taken over five years as the business model has been transformed. Triad only has the very best permanent consultants , a tiny number, in the scheme of things, ( 100 ), or so , before the recent burst in hiring. The difference between those hundred and a 100 from its main rivals is off the scale. (Proven by the awards mentioned above ) | sunshine today

26/1/2024 12:01 | TRD only employ the cream, they just cant rely on the average, to deliver a fantastic project, on time, on budget, each, and every time. Its taken the company a good five years to get into today's position. All this can be researched, by reading Triads previous annual reports. | sunshine today
26/1/2024 11:49 | SAP $195 Billion Market Cap. Results out SAP’s planned transformation programme for restructuring the business in 2024 around a focus on “scalability of operations and Business AI” has already resulted in layoffs, however. Announced the same day as the results, the company set to cut 8,000 worldwide (7% of its global workforce) because AI is enabling its staff to do more and do it faster (across tasks like contract checking, developing sales pitches, coding, etc.), reducing the number of personnel it needs in these areas. The early promise that “AI won’t take jobs, it’ll take tasks – and instead free up people to focus on more ‘mission-drivi //////////////////// 7% of a Tech companies staff no longer required, as AI gets into FIRST gear.!! To my mind it’s obvious only the very best staff and management will be left in a few years down the line. The average company will disappear in the Computer Consultancy sector and most other industries will suffer the same fate. The more i look at Triads competitors, the more i believe they are not going to survive the next five to ten years. How can they, when AI eats up the skills that were required. ?? Triad a boutique outfit, looks to have an extremely bright future. | sunshine today

25/1/2024 17:19 | PS - Digital Currency (Bank of England) - meeting today on this. BBC1 making a bit of a thing of it. From article: " A design for the system is being created, which could see digital money used by UK households and businesses alongside cash and bank deposits. If the plans go ahead, a prototype digital pound could be built and introduced to the public by the end of the decade. " We know that Triad have some expertise in this area. | netcurtains

25/1/2024 10:10 | I might have this wrong but FDM appears to have a dividend yield of 8.14..... Has that been cut? Am I showing old values? There is not much on the ADVFN thread. Seems a bit dead... But that is a massive dividend for a FTSE 250 stock (if true) | netcurtains
24/1/2024 09:59 | Ten job adverts,( some with multiple positions). Triad had around 100 consultants and very low staff turnover, as per Annual report. Now take a look at the main competition ( Be it, that they are not SME”S ) Made Tech :500 Employees , 73% staff retention rate , and have just 6 vacancies TPX : 630 : Employees, 86% staff retention rate ( fiddled, in my personal view, as only showing the last, best, 1/4 ). 8 full time permanent jobs on offer. | sunshine today
24/1/2024 09:39 | gleach23: I dont think anything is going on except that KNOS is valued at four times its revenues and TRD is valued at twice its revenue. I think the market is slowly coming round to seeing that TRD is a quality stock and potentially a growth stock and could get a valuation of four times its revenue too - after a year or so... And triad's revenue is potentially set to soar. | netcurtains
23/1/2024 22:14 | 10k buy @ 172.5p reported late today which explains the rise in the Offer. Encouraging. Personally I've top sliced a few this week given the high RSI, the potential of a triple top and the way this can retrace between updates. However, aside from the newsflow regarding major new contracts and Fujitsu retreating from government work, I'm wondering if something else is driving the current strength? | gleach23 |
