Hydroponics does not get a mention? -

There’s the gap filled!
Excellent buying opportunity if you believe C Akers will make something out of this bum company

There is a second placing on the horizon. Read the original placing RNS, an outstanding £1.4 million to pay soon. The balance of this intercompany debt, being GBP158,000, will be paid in cash from the Placing and Subscription Proceeds to TNH, who will pay this directly to Mr Johnson. Following these steps, Mr Johnson will still be owed approximately GBP1,415,000 by Trafalgar New Homes Limited.

Absolutely, buying whilst it's still quiet and a bit of patience should see us right here. Look at Akers previous, recent investments and the multiples gained. I don't see why this will be any different.

Very interesting indeed.

So that's the first hint from Chris Akers as to the potential intended direction for TRAF. Clearly he has something in mind.

Chris Akers tweeting about gaming IPO, and hashtagging TRAF. May give some clue as to where this going.

Where is this idea that the free float is only 12% or 160 million shares??

The free float is much greater than that...way over 50%..

Even on on Trafalgar shareholder site it lists public funds at 76%..

Where has this number come from.. nominee account holders are the free float!! Do people see Hargreaves lansdown, III, Segura etc and think that this is one institutional investor?

I've noticed this misleading ramping on Twitter.. I even nearly join today to put it right, but leave em to it
..

Stand to be corrected but pretty sure that's the case

That was just an assumption from my part -

Nominees don't have to entail a single investor but obviously can be multiple investors of that nominee acc -

Yes these large trades are exciting / puzzling/ worrying /interesting, depending on your position and outlook.

Wondering whether these are transfer of shares between larger holders including Chris akers, MM swaps, or CLN being converted and traded (holdings RNS probably needed for that)..

Tom, I'm not sure of the notification requirements in a nominee account, but if Chris A is using Segura, it doesn't necessarily follow that he's adding.

Segura could also have other accountees as well as C Akers, so you can't conclude that he is at 12.77% (if that even is his nominee account - although he can't have gone straight below 3% to be realistic, so probably using a nominee)

And that begs the question Why? I've got a few thoughts both positive and negative about possible reasons

Could be in a Nominee account -

Seguro would mean that he has added if that is him -

But there is a lot of stock coming from somewhere -

TRAF behaves like it has 10 billion shares in issue not 1.4 -

Have 8mill of these so lets see where it goes -
