13/7/2020 09:23 | Usual quality research. Placing shares haven't been admitted yet... | aimbagger
13/7/2020 09:14 | The placing people are up 200% so they are all selling upPlacing of 0.08 Why buy at this price | iamgreat1
13/7/2020 09:09 | I won't be selling any for a while yet. TR1's to land this week will see further buying. Lets see how sticky the placing is. | aimbagger
13/7/2020 09:06 | Sold at .26 seems to have run out of steam anyway wait until tomorrow gl | tom111
13/7/2020 07:01 | Gap up on open | aimbagger
13/7/2020 06:17 | I've just had a look at the AAA chart and funnily enough their was a breakaway gap on that one also. At 0.14-0.18. It never filled. | aimbagger
13/7/2020 06:13 | There is always a chance the gap could fill but you can get breakaway gaps which don't ever fill. There is a strong chance that buying continues today and pushes the share price higher. Possibly to the first gap above at 0.32p. If it does it's then unlikely to come all the way back down. Featured in the times and daily mail over the weekend could have put it on a few more radars also. Let's see what today brings. | aimbagger
12/7/2020 21:32 | Cheers everyone for comments..
Ashpaige...yep, spot on ...gap from 0.129p to 0.15p..depends if this is a quick fill-up, but will retest for sure.
MMs will probs trigger a few stops and candlewick it down for a short while.
Ps, whoever ticked me down..wait and see! Gaps like this almost always filled - but it could be very swift and back up again | pennyfalls
12/7/2020 17:53 | I think a lot of placing shares will likely be forward sold. There may be a little churn on Tuesday but feel it could be quickly gobbled up. Certainly if Akers mates are loading as well. We'll have to wait and see but tomorrow price action could be an indicator. | aimbagger
12/7/2020 15:31 | What happens tomorrow will give a good indication on Tuesdays activity imo it wont be without its moments that's for sure gla | tom111
12/7/2020 14:35 | I know what you mean.I lost cost count of the number of shares I sold early where I could have made at least 25K plus if I had held eg the covid stocks! Very difficult to assess whether to stay in or sell at times, especially when you are making good money already! | everready1
12/7/2020 14:12 | Sincere apologies if that's the case Everready1.
Just too used to one-line bashers on share boards these days | pennyfalls
12/7/2020 13:42 | You misjudge me.I was actually sympathetic since I have been there before! | everready1
12/7/2020 13:25 | Ah, nice one Aimbagger! Thanks... very useful post..
Now , just a quick question on Placing shares..
Not withstanding your theory about Funds Investing + Akers further adding, do you see this dipping on Tuesday morning, or do you see a quick gobble-up at circa present share price?
I'm wondering about holding off until Tuesday morning on this one and seeing where it goes | pennyfalls
12/7/2020 12:16 | Hi PF, a short term flip isn't Akers style historically. The 6% TR1 was 30M being bought on the open market. I highly suspect that he's taking another significant tranche in the placing and wouldn't surprise me if he was adding on Friday either. I know someone who took the placing got scaled back 52% so there bigger money at play. He typically takes c25%+ of a company he sees value in so I'm waiting to see if he does the same here. The reason I compare this to AAA is because it's similar in that it's a waste of space in its current guise and Akers is most likely looking at it as a RTO vehicle. His expertise is tech and that is probably where he's looking to take this. It wouldn't surprise me if we see funds taking up sizeable positions over the coming week or so positioning ahead of the grand plan. | aimbagger
12/7/2020 12:03 | Everready, if you had any intelligence for human nature, you'd realise I wouldn't have opened myself up for banal criticism from the likes of you by admitting I bought and sold. Indeed I saw the Warrants situation way before you, Chancer boy.
I am considering getting back in, but if you actually read the post with dialectical thinking (most probably impossible for you)_, you'd realise it'sa genuine search for probabilities and possibilities. And this is one I would never put much cash in, as if/when the dumping begins it'll be impossible to get out.
Your answer adds nothing.
so, to Aimbagger, you seem pretty clued up on Akers
My question is: Is this simply a short-term vehicle for Akers to get the Warrants monetised for pals at 0.2p (- followed by a sharp dumping) or do you think Akers sees more value in this, other than a pyramid style Herd Buying behaviour ?
I can't quite fathom why Akers would throw loose change pocket money at this. It doesn't take much to cross holdings thresholds with this ones' MC being so small.
Cheers, PF | pennyfalls | |
