12/7/2020 12:03 | Everready, if you had any intelligence for human nature, you'd realise I wouldn't have opened myself up for banal criticism from the likes of you by admitting I bought and sold. Indeed I saw the Warrants situation way before you, Chancer boy. I am considering getting back in, but if you actually read the post with dialectical thinking (most probably impossible for you)_, you'd realise it'sa genuine search for probabilities and possibilities. And this is one I would never put much cash in, as if/when the dumping begins it'll be impossible to get out. Your answer adds nothing. so, to Aimbagger, you seem pretty clued up on Akers My question is: Is this simply a short-term vehicle for Akers to get the Warrants monetised for pals at 0.2p (- followed by a sharp dumping) or do you think Akers sees more value in this, other than a pyramid style Herd Buying behaviour ? I can't quite fathom why Akers would throw loose change pocket money at this. It doesn't take much to cross holdings thresholds with this ones' MC being so small. Cheers, PF | pennyfalls

12/7/2020 08:25 | Mixed feelings about this one.. I was one who hopped on th3 boat at .087, before the hype after believing that a CLN with Warrants set at 0.2p bound to have some ‘behind the =scenes ‘ legs in it to push it up. I made 20% but unfortunately was spooked and decided to take that - a day before Mr Akers involvement was announced! So, Aimbagger et al...some very interesting posts on here..Just thinking about hopping back on after kicking myself slightly.. But here are my musings on this : !) Is Akers. Is using pocket money to push the price up to Warrant -issuing price for a mate who made the loan to Traf? Then they all convert and dump - leaving PIs carrying the baby. Ie There’s no big picture, just a quick buck to help a mate. 2) Does Akers see value in Traf as either a shell company or hydrponics start-up? 3) Traf Properties is a basket case of a firm, so I’m torn between this being a quick buck ‘in and out’ for Akers and pals, or being a vehicle for profit growth, with his name alone being a powerful tool to attract the masses. 4)After being rather cheesed off at selling!! - I’m now wondering whether to wait for a dip when the mass of new shares come to market Tuesday or get a few tomorrow. A dip would seem inevitable, but not sure how far this will fall to Placing price. Thanks for responses and thoughts.. | pennyfalls
12/7/2020 07:59 | If this replicates AAA the boat hasn't even left the harbour yet. | aimbagger

11/7/2020 18:42 | How does, this change, the company dynamics, he not introduced capital, just bought £60K of a £600K company? Company, still carries, huge debt, and cost to income ratio, doesn't fit with hype, unless, there is a new direction being thought of, and new capital being introduced, to change. To get exposure to a well run house builder/ land trader Inland Homes, offers, far better play with trusted management team. If I could short this, stock I would, tried via IG index, but no stock available to short. | hedgehunter2
11/7/2020 16:14 | Usually the share price drops when a Placing is announced,keyboard stuck | tom111
11/7/2020 16:14 | Usually the share price drops when a Placing is announced but this has doubled.Placing can be sold on Tuesday if approved on Mondays meeting. If there is a rush for the door it will drop quickly so I cant see that happening.I see Chris alker has purchased about £60000 for a stake so another angle go work out.Wonder if Alker wants a shell co,just a thought | tom111
