238m shares, 180m in the hands of CEOWhen this moves 5p is no problem If the news is remotely good which it will be see where this goes For me it's not what's happening currently , these units will get sold in any event, just a matter of time (Savils are appointed agents and they know what their doing) , it's the 24 unit planning application that's the real prize. That's a development and sale within a 1.5 year window More importantly it will allow TRAF to then really ramp up its land bank

No idea....I got over 8p when it was first floated at 2p. Now just 1p....

Lots of new build...not sure how much will be sold but loads of cash due. Updates on the web site about progress on building.....someone bought 8 grands worth or about 3 per cent.

Very low borrowing given the gdv could be £11m for 31 march 2018 year Operational Highlights: From the 2016 accounts posted by run"Construction work continues at Tunbridge Wells, Kent for six luxury apartments;· Work commenced at: 1) High Street, Edenbridge, Kent for three terraced houses; 2) Vines Lane, Hildenborough, Kent for two detached houses; and 3) Sheerness, Kent for six terraced houses; and· Completed the purchase of a development site in Speldhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Kent".The profits for current year could be exceptional.I look forward to next trading update. Hopefully the board will tell us the progress made on the sales of all sites being marketed and deposits taken for reservations, and number of legal exchange of contracts on individual units. As I say this could be an exceptional year for TRAF.

Bill: if they have reserved the penthouse at £600000, that means my GDV could be out.
I think there are 6 units, 1 penthouse, 1 1x bed and 4 x 2 beds

Penthouse: £600k
4 x 2 beds: £500 = 2m
1 bed: £250k

Total GDV £2.85m (I think I had £2.4m)

This could have a profit of £700k alone at a 25% margin.

And more developments coming on the market in the pipeline




This could turn out to be an outstanding year for TRAF.
