20/2/2015 14:18 | Keeping it in perspective, contractors, main or subbies going bust during construction. Planning disputes. Slow sales are not problems unique to TRAF. Major builders suffer the same, but enjoy scale and padded construction periods to absorb knocks and balance risk. Small outfits like TRAF effectively operate with all their eggs in one basket. Break a couple and the whole basket looks a mess. TRAF navigated the failure of its main-contractor on Oakhurst. The site is now nearly sold-out. New developments have been slow starting, but are now underway. Housing market continues to improve and TRAF will benefit from government Help to Buy support until 2020. SP is bombed out despite the future looking positive. | grlz

02/12/2014 10:37 | I'm fine with this flying under the radar - gives me a chance to buy when I can. With a desperate need for housing, and the government looking to ramp up supply, this stock should be good for the longer term.Does anyone think Trafalgar will have anything to do with the planned garden city in Kent? | michaelx105
02/12/2014 10:13 | A small buy made these move....very low level bearing in mind all the sales at Oakhurst. We need permission for this new project of course....in Maidstone. The mkt has forgotten this stock. | barnetpeter
