Keeping it in perspective, contractors, main or subbies going bust during construction. Planning disputes. Slow sales are not problems unique to TRAF.

Major builders suffer the same, but enjoy scale and padded construction periods to absorb knocks and balance risk.

Small outfits like TRAF effectively operate with all their eggs in one basket. Break a couple and the whole basket looks a mess.

TRAF navigated the failure of its main-contractor on Oakhurst. The site is now nearly sold-out.

New developments have been slow starting, but are now underway.

Housing market continues to improve and TRAF will benefit from government Help to Buy support until 2020.

SP is bombed out despite the future looking positive.

And because private shareholders like us own a minute percentage of the company we have absolutely no voice or influence. Basically those of us who bought at 6, 7, 8p are well n truly shafted.

I agree.
They don`t seem to be doing anything that they want to share with us, if indeed they are actually doing anything.

This must be the only housebuilder in the UK that it not doing well!
I watched this for a long time but eventually took them off my watch list as they seem to be genuinely incompetent.

On the face of it only the kettle is brewing.
I would have half expected an update on sales and planning permissions.

Very strange why this has been ignored. I got a load at 1.16....not hard to buy. There was a placing at 2p this year.....the company has plenty of cash now.

I'm fine with this flying under the radar - gives me a chance to buy when I can. With a desperate need for housing, and the government looking to ramp up supply, this stock should be good for the longer term.Does anyone think Trafalgar will have anything to do with the planned garden city in Kent?

A small buy made these move....very low level bearing in mind all the sales at Oakhurst. We need permission for this new project of course....in Maidstone. The mkt has forgotten this stock.
