Very predictable drop first thing

shane is the most reliable indicator of this happening on the stock market.

I was trying to sell but got beaten to it and it kept going NT

Monster online spread now 0.3075-0.345p, would be hard to sell and buyback cheaper unless another big drop

Good publicity and now the BBC reporting the UK faces supply shortages of certain foods, fruits among other products. The UK needs to invest in R+D to keep up supply. Looks like we are at the right place at the right time. Such a low market cap. Bought 3million shares today with a view to add another more today.

the 900sq feet is an r and d facility not a production facility...the one they sold
to ocado was 5000sq meters in 2019...

whoppy director gets options at exercise price 0.4p for 226mill shares
will raise us £900k if exercised...
at moment they dont have authority to issue that stock until have general meeting.

at current share price not a dilution as his ave buy price will be 0.86p approx

Has this run out of puff?
Anyone concerned at the huge director loans at 12%pa equivalent to Mcap?
Huge dilution on conversion to equity.
It only has small 900sqft commercial building for research. Not doing any farming. It's property business is tiny and made losses on sales. £12k in cash. Not a going concern. Needs huge funding compared to Mcap.
Why is anyone buying?

options for one of the directors are set for 226 mill shares at 0.4p!!!
to get rid of his loan...

Plus they don't have authority to place shares until a general meeting
is schedules.

Was meant to be done oct22....

so as yet only stock is what is in play!!!

Looks like it wants to push on. I did a few slices close to 0.29p but left plenty incase it consolidated intraday then pushed on.

Looks like the 2 x 500k seller has bought back in higher again this time 2 x 300k, imagine they could just have held it's a lot easier and much more profitable
