Should be interesting here over the coming weeks as the loan & farm out is concluded. Naturally, it's no easy feat for a £4mln oil minnow to secure finance in these difficult times but with the oil price recovering quickly and a competent, experienced, shrewd CEO, I expect thw deals to be sealed.

Although not the signed & sealed rns shareholders were hoping for,going for the loan option will result in a better return for Tower shareholders,so this could prove to be an excellent piece of business and it will be hopefully concluded soon.

Expect a serious mark up on when its announced,especially if it coincides with a farm out.

The way to convince the market is for JA to convert the loan into a straight forward warrants to subscribe to shares at 2p , that should do the trick .
