I think if they had another partner they would of announced it. With only 4 weeks to get the extra cash probably a placing coming.

Finally they found partner but subject to proof of funding and also trp need to raise fund to cover the cost.I think TRP will do placing of around $7-8 million to cover their share

Mostro, it's always nice to see blue in the old portfolio, but schachmeister seems to think she's won the lottery. She's over on the Rkh forum giving large and throwing a party, didn't she invite you? If she has invited you can you please walk her home safely back to the Trp forum, I'm worried she might get raped on the Rkh forum if she stays to late, simples! Goodluck with Trp, hope it comes good for you!

Jim dare you to come on to the lse board and start mixing it up with the other TRP bulls over there. Tankers have been known to tow at 5 knots anything they want.
find someone else to take it out on. I am not posting here cos you are lurking to take out your own frustrations on passers by. you are a bully. #$%& off you Twunt

Just seen your post on LSE

"The fast moving Chinese vessel is the skeleton crew, supply vessel as stated and the tanker can tow the platform into the niger delta for some maintenance before picking up a cargo. BrigOd00n I done my thinking work there with a little help from uncle Jack!! Now it is up to you to check plausibility. I have seen tankers towing platform before as it is an economical solution if you have one passing. Point is the Chinese have them passing all the time but now with oil demand down short term they are redundant. If it were me on a nod and a wink I would be moving the rig into port for maintenance!!"

Must be drugs, thats all it can be.....an oil tanker towing a jack up rig ??? ffs

The next news will be the site survey results, then its the Big One as New Age (and whoever else) are announced as our farm in partners for the Thali drill.
This rns will land in our mail boxes one morning in the coming weeks at 7.00am and Tower will open 100% up.

Jim,Its clear your envious over the diversification of Tower's various assets compared to your beloved gbp's and that's why you spend so much time posting here. You certainly know your business and your no fool,so you know well that the 'near' term action is going to be here and not gbp,so instead of beating yourself up trawling the archives for petty scoring points, diversify and get yourself a few trp.Imagine how sick you'll feel when the farm out's announced and this opens 100% up? Nothing worse than following a share closely,as you do trp, spending your own valuable time posting and then watching it go Ballistic without making a single penny.

You are a sick boy......why not post the whole item

"Strategy and Outlook
The Company remains very positive with regard to the prospectively of its Namibian assets, noting that oil & gas majors continue to make significant acreage acquisitions offshore Namibia.

Global continues to monitor opportunities which might complement its existing portfolio of exploration assets, and remains open to strategic growth of a more structural nature."

Large bucket of salt required here, if we were to conclude a Namibian farm out deal, could we then possibly farm in to TRP Cameroon ?

I did say "Large bucket of salt required"

Regarding anger management you seem to be the one blowing a gasket not me

No sour grapes here my son, just correcting the facts

As I said before hopefully it won't come to that scenario

Jimbob this is not quite right though is it

"JA has loaned the company and if the company fail to re-pay JA, he will own the lock stock and barrel for £750K."

The loan is secured against assets, I assumed the most valuable and liquid asset being the Cameroon that this is the intent, Still not lock stock and bbl.
I suppose without the Cameroon project TRP would be a bit more like GBP, a 1 trick pony.
with 301m shares and 90m options at 1p I would have to disagree strongly with your second statement.

"Not exactly aligned with shareholders"

JIMBOB take your sour grapes elsewhere will you we are fed up with the persistent downer.
