mr hangman. Has anyone ever made any money out of Morocco? I seem to remember Sound were a big cheese there not so long ago with an share price in the 80's of 90's. Now they are struggling to get above a penny. Purple is a big head with a tiny brain.

As international oil companies farmed-down their interests in Namibia’s offshore, a series of leading independents came in and invested, raising hopes to see world class disocveries in the near future. These notably include Chariot Oil & Gas, Tullow Oil, Africa Energy Corp, AziNam, BW Energy, Chariot Oil & Gas, Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas, Global Petroleum, Impact Oil & Gas, Maurel & Prom and Tower Resources.

I agree they aren't small figures but Jeremy Asher has put a lot of money into this himself and compared to many AIM companies the wages are very low.

I follow Rockhopper (RKH) and the CEO there is on around £500,000 per annum in a £25m market cap. company with no revenue!

Thanks China, missed a decimal place but it's still areasonable amount to be issued at a time when other CEOs are working for nothing.Share warrants for Asher's 6 month tenure = 21,978,02221,978,022 x 0.2p (nominal value per warrant) = £43956£43956 x 2(to get annual figure) = £87,912GBPNot to shabby when the economy and oil is on its knees.

Are you looking at the total warrants held (at the column on the right)?

The award yesterday is around a tenth of the total size - they said an equivalent of £68,000 I think.

Am I alone in thinking that the warrants issued today to the management team are an obscene amount? That's equivalent to nearly £1 million value per year for Asher alone. Many big name FTSE CEOs don't get paid that in an average year. However, due to the global virus issues many CEOs are working for no remuneration.I'm stunned. If there was money available in this Company, I'm sure they'd have been paid this extortionate amount in cash. So when there's little money left after poor stewardship, they still want to take virtual payments from the Company. Who decided on this figure?

Tower Resources
A brief Cameroon update from Tower Resources where Covid-19 has created travel restrictions in-country and thus the company has declared Force Majeure and with current obligations has temporarily suspended operations with 7 months remaining. With HoT with OilLR still underway they have been extended until June 30th which seems a positive move. Thali ticks a number of boxes, partners remain committed, management is positive still and ‘the project remains very attractive at current Brent prices all good news for Jeremy Asher and the Tower faithful.

Yes encarter, there is possibility of extension due to current market conditions. But as per rns, if they fail, HoT will terminate
