15/10/2019 12:46 | Looking up ?? Malcys been drinking, bet he did not take part in the placing | mr hangman
15/10/2019 10:03 | I have to agree with Malcy. | 2solaris
15/10/2019 10:02 | From Malcy: Tower Resources Tower has raised £1.5m this morning at 0.325p per share plus 1 warrant per 3 shares held, the money raised is to cover ongoing operational costs and to work on the drill site. Jeremy Asher is putting in £700,000 as he continues to back the company to a significant degree. He said this morning ‘I am pleased to have received support of new and existing investors and I hope that my personal commitment to the placing and the facility serves as a demonstration of my own confidence in the Thali licence.’ I can think of few people who have continued to back a well campaign so personally and many that would have fallen at hurdles well short of this distance and Thali deserves to be drilled at least and give Jeremy some bang for his personal bucks. With the possibility of albeit at an early stage, major investor in Namibia things are looking up for him. | 2solaris
15/10/2019 09:14 | No one does a placing like TRP | mr hangman
15/10/2019 08:49 | Now if he really wants to prove he is the man , then we should hear about some very positive news fairly shortly!! | jotoha2
15/10/2019 08:01 | He can’t help it, what would you do? Someone’s sniffing around Namibia, so that’s interesting! Apparently | rayrac
15/10/2019 07:58 | Its what Jeremy does best. | ohisay
15/10/2019 07:46 | Ouch another fundraise.. | letmepass
10/10/2019 09:25 | Purple has woken up and smelt the coffee | mr hangman
09/10/2019 18:17 | JA made a big mistake with the most recent video , no substance and giving an impression that the markets for cash are difficult was just rubbish, this is not the case if the project has traction for returns , he needs to make an offer to convert his loan to shares and be prepared to allow Namibia to go for quick sale , trying to imply that he is sitting on a gold mine is not what is required to ensure funding . | jotoha2
09/10/2019 17:36 | If as you say,you sold out of this, why are you still here.Dont think anybody is interested in words from a Hypocrite. | sanilav
09/10/2019 13:06 | thought that fluff would burnout pretty quickly.a desperate rns from a desperate man. | purple11
09/10/2019 11:23 | Up on almost nothing! And then down! | 2solaris
08/10/2019 14:06 | PH have to go with the flow, no choice. | encarter
08/10/2019 14:00 | And now they drop the bid by 8% on less then a 5 sale , is this jackanory or what. Come on Mr JA it's about time you got back in front of that camera , with a smile please . | jotoha2
08/10/2019 12:24 | So what are Peel Hunt up to , decreae in holding , then increase , very strange indeed. | jotoha2
08/10/2019 08:57 | Nothing happening today | myun
07/10/2019 19:45 | Just watched the JA interview on LSE , 2 out of 10 for presentation , first thing is to employ someone with a bit more gusto , content also a bit wishy washy , looks like farmin not going to happy for a while yet , certainly not before year end. | jotoha2
07/10/2019 13:31 | Jeremy is very happy to allow farmin for Namibia , so would most companies of this size with very little financial clout , not sure what the back costs are here , but most likely around £4/5 million , so he will probably take that plus a 20% free carry , or a 5% royalty payment , win win if it comes good , share price of around 3-5p should reflect a result . | jotoha2
07/10/2019 12:29 | Both Namibia and S/Africa are hot postcodes currently, why would a Major bother dealing with a micro cap ? It would be easier to take them out. Same could be said for GBP imo | jimarilo
07/10/2019 11:32 | He may be edging towards only taking a very small % of the profits from a major as far as Namibia is concerned. That would make sense. Whoever the major is they have approached Tower and hold the upper hand. Updates on Cameroon in the pipeline. Active farm out in S Africa. I think Peel Hunt had wind of this some time ago. | 2solaris
07/10/2019 11:19 | Peel Hunt feeding the demand , am surprised if it's going to get funding shortly! | jotoha2
07/10/2019 11:13 | He is confident of getting a farm in partner. 'Can do it on a shoestring but need the shoestring.' | 2solaris
07/10/2019 10:58 | 'Major oil firm' expresses interest in Tower Resources' Namibian assets.' 'Tower Resources explains ‘why’ a ‘major oil company’ is interested in Namibian blocks.' | 2solaris
07/10/2019 10:52 | Very quiet today. Here's a post from LSE board. Trying to make sense of what happened last week. It all seemed very orchestrated, with an RNS and then JA being interviewed on the same day on both IG TV: and Proactive: hxxps://youtu.be/ldz Surely those interviews must have been arranged weeks ago? In both he says they have been approached by a major (what is the early stage of an approach - an offer?) regarding Namibia and they need to raise funds for the Cameroon operation. Was he hoping that this RNS alone would vastly increase the share price, or could it be TRP was just priming the market this week with the RNS about a major's interest in Nambia, knowing the farmin is about to be done? A further farmin RNS next week would then definitely put a rocket up TRP and allow them to do a placing to fund Cameroon. Any thoughts? | 2solaris |
