Hi Jim. The play clearly is TRP and this board is clearly TRP. No one cares about GBP who have done nothing for so long.

thatsmart1 check your maths, there are 1.1bn shares in issue

And near 1Bln shares more than GBP

GBP have over 4Bln barrels in prospects, in two blocks in Namibia. Substantially more than TRP, who's prospects are spread over 4 different countries, increasing expenses considerably...just saying ;-))

This is primed and ready to blow, if your not in 'before' news lands, then you will have to pay 100%+ premium to get in !..Its that simple !
Not only will you have to pay the premium but you will struggle to buy in size and will have to pay more and more for each small tranche as the share price goes orbital.

The smart money is loading up now 'before'this goes Ballistic,we all know these tiny micro-oilies go Ballistic on any positive news and all the criteria has been met here ready for the launch which will come when news lands!

In the meantime, expect the steady rise to continue as speculators join the ride before the fuse is lit on news, and it could be news on more than one project !

Tower could be the best multi-bagger of 2020 for those who arrive early !

Yes, I think JA deserves some success as he has put a lot into this and let's face it he has some awesome African prospects far away from the turmoils of the middle east.

TS, Totals PEL 56 is in the Orange basin and on the S/African boarder. Then you have the Luderitz Basin and then to North TRP & GBP have adjacent licences in the North of the region in the Walvis Basin. So not close but in the same region which is vast

Venus 1 well will be targeting 2Bln barrels and will prove Totals new concept, since their Brulpadda discovery last year and are currently drilling in Angola, notable for being the deepest water exploration well ever at over 3,600 meters, testing the same concept, with the same rig that will drill Venus 1. A discovery here will open up the region

GBP are sitting on over 4Bln barrels and could be key here with directors in both camps. Exxon have not yet completely cornered the market in the North yet, but look very likely to do so

Hi hangman, good to see you as well.
I bought in a few months ago and have topped up a couple of times and at last there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel. Wouldn't it it be amazing if they do succeed, I wouldn't want to be out at that stage.
Fingers crossed the 'major' is going to come out of the closet this month. My bet is Exxon!

Not sure JA would be looking to sell out just yet, a success at Total's Venus well will put this share price through the roof so there is a lot more in the tank. Let's not forget Venus is a multi billion barrel play, that' not big, it's not huge - it's humungus! And it's not far from Tower's blocks 1910A, 1911 & 1912B.

"If I were to pick two explorers as being the ones to watch anywhere in the world right now, they would be Total and ExxonMobil. They are both companies with significant footprints in the Namibian offshore," says Andrew Latham, an exploration research analyst at Wood Mackenzie.

......because, if TRP are getting close to closing a farmout on their Namibian acreage, the blocks immediately south and west of theirs are.....err.....ours.

And then there is the possibility that, instead of being interested in Tower's Namibian blocks, they (Exxon?) were merely filling in the gap between the Exxon blocks and ours.

Either way, Exxon (or any other major) could take out both TRP and GBP in a heartbeat if they were so inclined (which, usually, they wouldn't be......but at these prices??).

Following on from the Envoi flyer sheet for Tower's Thali licence I took a look at the flyerfor South Africa which was a bit of eye opener.Whereas previously I had assumed the 360m bbl prospect Asher refers to when talking about South Africa was an oil in place number I have released it is actually a P50 mean recoverable number. This is a bit of a game changer for me.Together with our JV 50/50 partners New Age we are offering a percentage in exchange fora 3d survey programme which will cost between $5m and $7m. That is Just one large targetin the Slope 'post rift' play. (see diagram in link). There are also numerous shallow waterleads in the Gamtoos and Algoa basins. All in all recoverable oil in the licence could be as muchas 200m bbl for our 50% share. Obviously we need to farm out to get the 3d survey completedbut I Imagine we would retain 35% going forward in order to farm out again for the 1st drill.Tower should end up with 20% of the 364M bbl recoverable so 73M bbl net with another 15m oddpossible on the smaller leads..Using the $7m for 30% of the block values TRP's remaining 35% at £6.2m on a farm out deal.Thats 0.56p a share which is v close to the increased share price after Fridays trading. It certainly does look like some kind of SA farmout deal is about to be announced. So v good news on the way here IMO.The numbers on the Cameroon farmout and appraisal drill success are:51% of $118m = £46.2m or 4.2p a share. Being conservative and valuingthe 9m Bbl proven reserves at $4 a bbl gives 2.5p a share.Namibia is more of a guess and although the potential is much bigger it is thelongest term of all our assets. A conservative estimate would be 1bn bbl recoverableand assuming we have to Farm down to 50% to get a 3d survey funded and 20% forthe first drill thats still 20% of 1bn bbl. Even at just $1 per bbl pre drill thats $200m.At 1/10 th of the price i.e. $0.1 it is £15.4m or 1.4p a share.Adding it all up the total is 4.46p a shareThis is an extremely undervalued company and the slightest spark and itwill light up for all to see. Friday was just a glimpse of the way this is going.http://envoi.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/P253-NewAge-SouthAfrica-AlgoaGamtoosOuteniqua-Envoi-Project-Update-Nov-2019.pdf
