As much as I like to see blue, I also would like the price to stay below 100p for a few more weeks.

I am still selling from not very liquid holdings very slowly and want to reinvest that into more TXP.

Can we roll the "Sell in May and go away" into "Sell in June" as well, for a bit.

I added a few today as hoping this is the low and we have settled now. Famous last words, but I bought one time before at a level slightly higher than this and watched it climb to above 150p and be nicely in profit before watching it reverse and be in a loss on that position at present. Hopefully I will be back in profit again on that buy and today's shortly. The TRIN news today has to be good for T&T and TXP too.

Amazing isn't it.Since June last year, TRIN has matched our share price rise going up 4 fold.I think we should be closer to 150p right now, I'm not understanding TXP market right now.

"In fact, in the Company’s 2020 year-end
reserves report, Touchstone revealed
that its total 1P net reserves now sit at
34,238 million barrels of oil equivalent "

Wow! that is almost 2X BP's total proven reserves.
If only.....

I totally Think the relationship with Shell is chilly. My guess they are miffed that TXP didn't hold the line on $3.00 a MCF. Offshore exploration likely requires a $3.00 price to warrant risk/reward. Lucky TXP that our exploration wells only cost $5-7 million . Shell can not hinder the cash flow from Cascadura, but will likely make cash flow from Coho as difficult as possible.

Would make perfect sense. We can produce gas much, much cheaper than Shell which ultimately affects their bottom line - why would their customers pay more when they can get it cheaper from NGC. The contract with NGC complicates it a bit thou.I imagine Shell just chuckled after Coho results but then stopped laughing after Cascadura. That said, I'd probably, ultimately be happy with £2-£2.50 a share with extra for any commercial success at Royston in the future

Be fair Pantheon are chasing something much bigger and also it helps that none of their directors have sold any shares!

Onwards and upwards and hopefully the Cruze at Chinook will pay for that well over time? Or is that a bit optimistic?

The way things are going I'm wondering if anything from Ortoire will be actually be monetised before they get taken over. I've a hunch that might be Shells game plan and they are being deliberately difficult. I talked to a friend a year or so back about TXP when it was around 50p telling him I reckoned they'd be taken out for £3 by Shell within 3 years. He bought in after our chat. I still wouldn't be surprised at that happening.

No I totally get that...but it's ridiculous to think it won't be monetised eventually. And like you said, once it is it will re-rate. So why not get your money in good while it's cheap? I think it's actually cheaper than what BP bought Carpal Ridge for 20 odd years ago Pantheon haven't found any commercial oil and have no money for any further drills yet are trading at a higher market cap! Absurd

It's connecting the pipes up and selling gas that is holding this back thebull. They've hit some decent targets but I think the market is dubious as to when any of them will actually be monetized. Confidence is everything and Paul and team need to do some hard work to get it back. Coho seems hardly any further forward than it was a year ago when it was supposed to be hooked up. I've always been highly dubious that Cascadura will be connected and flowing by end 2021. If they can get Coho hooked up this year I suspect there will be a decent rerate and a far bigger one once Cascadura is. Obviously there's Royston in the meantime to get excited about but given the shenanigans with Chinook even if Royston hits I doubt it will get the reaction it deserves until it's been fully tested and quantified.

I'm staggered at the share price truth be told. Very rarely can you find a company that can go instantly from discovery to profit at the level TXP will. All these massive mining projects - I read the broker notes and they show huge losses for the first few years. At 200MMCF TXP will have gas revenue of around $182m per year which is equivalent to 1.5x their current market cap! Add in the revenue from liquids and oil and it probably exceeds the current market cap. Then you have huge potential upside from the exploration targets I feel like I'm missing something here that I'm oblivious too but everybody else can see

I'm amazed we are below the placing price from November, when in the blink of an eye 30m dollars worth of shares got gobbled overnight. I'm sure price was 100p an 98p... Slim discount below 5% too.
