Wonder if they get any Cruze serious gas at Chinook if the EIA at Cascadura would include the Chinook area too?

Txp will get the approval this week to test the Cruse formation at Chinook.
The testrig will move in next week.
Testresults ready around week 23/24.

The Cruse formation delivers oil and gas elsewhere in Trinidad and is also the producing formation at most of the preeent producing Txp wells.
It could be a trigger. The question is how well the formation delivers gas in the chinook area.

Quite amazing that within 9 months Paul expects a 10 fold increase in production. Listen in at 2min 45sec.

ballymoss, agreed good news could see us move up a lot, maybe test the previous highs. I'm not currently suggesting 58 is likely. I'm just aware of it as a TA related risk.

On the reverse Stumpy half decent news will see us above 1.50. Targeting a possible 1Tcf could double the share price any thoughts.

Pro, I think bad news on Royston (or something other than Royston) will see the share price touch and possibly exceed 58p.

I think thats pretty much as has been commented on over the past few weeks.

Fund raise is not on the cards at all.

Get Coho and Casca on line before next round of exploration drilling (so look to H2 2022 for Steelhead, Guabine and Krakken)

Use cash and bank facility to fund Casca infill drilling in Q1/2 2022 if needed.

Use cash and bank facility to fund 4 wells on oil fields South West.

Going to be interesting how that current 8% short position in London is going to close if TXP refuse to place more shares. Not long to wait on that score.

Shorters game plan would likely be close on Royston bad news OR if Royston good then offer company a load of cash to fund "quick progress"....in return for shares to close what would then be a loss making short position. Hopefully Paul will stand firm and tell them to FO and buy from the market, which could create a quite spectacular short squeeze post Royston.

For the first time since the Chinnok debacle I'm feeling rather bullish here. I've got plenty and haven't sold a single share. But I'm in the mood for topping up now.I think today's news has been really positive although I'm aware others might read it differently. I particularly welcome a new sense of realism evident in what is being said. The ridiculous over-optimism of the past was bound to result in a stream of delays and disappointments.

Db. Think it was Pro that first mentioned the possibility of them ‘testing’; the new drill when it arrived. To announce that they are now actively looking at 2 deep wells in the south now confirms that. Think it was post by Xavier Moonan that alerted us to the possibility.
But yes definitely an intriguing prospect. Just annoying that covid has delayed it.

Re: Scott’s post. I did think about copying it here. Most of it I’m happy with but had a couple of comments on things which I’ll leave for now as they are bound to come out given a bit of time.

In summary, leave your cash here with 100p+ underpinned. Turn your screen on in 2026 and the share price will be much much higher... look out for broker communication if there’s a change of ownership ...🙂

Malcy...."Touchstone ExplorationThe company provides an operational update, highlighted by the recovery of pressure gauges from the Cascadura Deep-1 well on the Company's Ortoire onshore exploration block in Trinidad. The results from the test were 'solid' and confirmed that the formation was damaged whilst drilling but still gave up 23 mmcf/d of flow back. This seems to me to be very positive as it should increase on production and the damage should be minimised over time, it is a significant sized reservoir that sure, will take a bunch of wells to fully evaluate, in the meantime there is much more pay to analyse and this is already a properly big find. The Touchstone share price should be massively above here and when the market 'gets it' an upwards adjustment will be made."
