08/2/2021 19:53 | Yep the neighbouring plant which has the need and can accommodate the quantum. After all the Capacity of the main pipe at Cascadura will soon be filled by Cascadura, Chinook and Royston! | davidblack
08/2/2021 19:31 | Bernie, isn't Coho being connected to the Shell facility (unlike Cascadura)? That's what it says in the document and I thought that was the plan all along though I may have missed a change of plan. | homebrewruss
08/2/2021 18:28 | The official documentation says the works will take 3 months, pushing first cash flow to mid May. Slightly longer than we have been lead to believe but ultimately makes no difference - the cash is coming. Originally coho was going to be connected to the main island pipe 3km away. But I'm sure PB made some comments previously about coho pipe connecting into Casc ( along with chinook eventually. So does anyone know if the works happening now includes part prep for eventual Casc route? | bernieman
08/2/2021 17:14 | TXP has one of the best 1 year / 3 year charts I've see for a stock.Just a matter of having patience and holding for full value.Jesse Livermore said the following:"There is a time for all things, but I didn't know it. And that is precisely what beats so many men in Wall Street who are very far from being in the main sucker class. There is the plain fool, who does the wrong thing at all times everywhere, but there is the Wall Street fool, who thinks he must trade all the time. No man can always have adequate reasons for buying and selling stocks daily or sufficient knowledge to make his play an intelligent play. " | che7win
08/2/2021 16:35 | Buying today due to reinstatement of 4% gap with Toronto as this is what the MM's want just now - for whatever reason. Presumably they are still able to offload at a higher price and make a greater profit. Good to see consolidation of Friday's gains in Canada. Feels like Feb is going to be a good month. | zeusfurla
08/2/2021 16:33 | "Primera Oil and Gas would like to advise the residents of Corosan Road and Mantacool 1st Branch Road, on the Ortoire Block, that the CEC for the Coho pipeline has been received and commencement of the project is scheduled to begin on February 15th #TXP #Ortoire"Boom boom... COHO pipeline construction to start on 15 February. TXP tweet | mynameiskhan
08/2/2021 16:01 | ngms - ref 16317 - on the other hand, there hasn't been a discounted primary bid placement in TXP as there was in PANR. Maybe those selling in the 40s and high 30s, happy with 20-25% gain in 2 months, are leaving the building before the potential risk of a juxtaposition of ordure and air conditioning unit CFC/DH - I don't think the BPC resident idiot is a shorter. They've been there spouting carp for months. I don't actually know what their issue is other than to trash the discussion board. Unfortunately, being a blue poster, the moderator has no power to remove the posts, while the host does not wish to upset someone who pays fees by banning them. | spangle93
08/2/2021 15:58 | Me buying, sorry. Struggled to get filled a few times. Interesting chat with Stanley, who thinks that once the South West oilfields get their 10 year extension, we might see TXP drilling to 10,000 feet there in Q4.........to test if under those shallow oil fields lies Ortoire size gas pools. The excuse is to "add incremental" oil production but that drill bit might go to 10,000 feet just to have a poke and see what lies underneath. That would certainly make a super exciting Q4 2021, ahead of Kraken in Q1 2022. | pro_s2009
08/2/2021 15:53 | I'd have thought the rise today is more likely the Coho 'news' plus Pro said above that he pushed the price up today with buys. | homebrewruss
08/2/2021 15:50 | Is there any possibility that today rise in London maybe due to possible leak from Chinook first zone result ? Flow test is likely started last week and by last weekend, they must have test result of first zone... | mynameiskhan
08/2/2021 15:49 | Actually I think that PANR shows that there likely won't be massive buying pre spud of Royston or Kraken in these market conditions. | ngms27
08/2/2021 15:42 | Cheers. Dont forget.......Coho pipeline laying starts next week chaps. Its real, its happening and the markets will see fairly soon the first cash flow generated from Ortoire. For some, that will finally make it all "real" and start to unleash the beast. | pro_s2009
08/2/2021 15:39 | Good call pro! | hiddendepths
08/2/2021 15:24 | And my reasoning for buying again (yet more) is that, it should be 200p now. Its not, so its cheap. There is going to be massive buying ahead of Royston (not far away now just a few months). There will also be massive buying ahead of Kraken in Q1 2022. And there are bucket loads of milestones and value adding points along the months ahead. So, imo, not adding as many as you can now, is a serious error in missing out on big profits ahead. If all else goes wrong we still have a wall of cash coming in in 2022. So you have a wall of cash to back up the share price regardless and massive exploration upside all mixed into one lovely stock. So I bought a load more and pushed the price up :) | pro_s2009
08/2/2021 15:01 | Struggling to buy today. I have added a few chunks, but not easy. | pro_s2009
08/2/2021 13:46 | Ah absolutely CFC there is a significant minority of total idiots that use shorting as a form of gambling IMHO and it does seem to attract people who dont appreciate the risks involved. I'd say a lot end up losing all their funds which further creates ridiculous posts and attitudes born out of anger. Unfortunately they never seem to learn either! All IMHO and best of luck all. | dunderheed
08/2/2021 13:36 | Dunder I only had a quick at the BB after the comments here and have nothing against taking a contrary position after all we all want to make a buck. But the glotting and revelling at others misfortune does that side of trading no favours. | captainfatcat
08/2/2021 12:10 | Re BPC one look at the BB and it's clear to see why shorters have such a bad rep. Dunder agree on TXP having more than enough on their plate for the time being. | captainfatcat
08/2/2021 12:02 | Trin isn't the issue for Bpc it's the Bahamas that's scuppered them. If Cerp had stuck with Trin/Suriname they'd be where they are now without huge dilution. Not Leo Koot's finest hour. | mark of the rushes
08/2/2021 11:44 | Could have gone both ways DB. A discovery and they would probably give up equity as bigger things to work on and a failure and they dont have the cash so will "have" to give up equity as they ain't got the cash. I'm probably out of turn here and can definitely see the logic in procuring more acreage but surely we've got enough to be doing "here" rather than additional acreage? I suppose if Royston dry I will be ruing these words! | dunderheed
08/2/2021 11:38 | Yep high risk wells when you really need a good result don’t often work out. Should TXP be in the mood, but give it three weeks for the pain to ease, I reckon BPC would be up for a JV on their onshore assets given they are going to be very light on cash. Certainly the T&T government will not be happy with potentially productive assets in their hands given they are going to struggle to raise funds now. An opportunity? Possibly. | davidblack |
