CERP is around fair value now IMO. I will reinvest there at sub 3.8p if I get the chance as I rate the management team. TXP is on a different trajectory and should close the gap on TRIN very soon.

The bonus over CERP is that due to higher production and more cash coming in they can afford to drill more wells per year than CERP and thus increase the gap between bopd.

Still believe the market cap should be somewhere between CERP and TRIN though and our production should match or exceed TRIN's by end of 2019.

CND $15m but they do not need to start paying off until 2021

TXP and CERP now on par based on market cap (~£26m).

CERP production = 700 - 1000 BOPD (incl Steel drum)
TXP production = 1900 - 2000 BOPD

The main negative when comparing the two companies is the debt that TXP carries but I believe that is perfectly manageable.

$75-$85 for the next 2-3 years will do just fine. No spikes to $100+ please ( with subsequent economic crash ).

Brent at $86, looking good.I do expect Trump to start playing around with strategic reserves, he will not go into elections without doing something.

I think the Q3 figures will shock a few and show exceptional margins/ cashflow.

Brent is going bonkers. If it continues and TXP hits its 2k b/d target soon I think shareholders are going to have a nice Q4.

Yeah, wouldn’t want people to work out c $40 net back(at $80_85 Brent) x say 300 days (allowing maintenance downtime) x 2019 ( average) at say 2500BOPD....
What cash flow generation does that give....
P2 reserves sufficient not to worry for years.
Should be valued at min 2x cash flow.

If anyone can come up with a better risk/reward small cap oil play , could you let me know?
If POO stays at current levels this surely has to be a steal at current levels with really nothing in the price for Ortoire drills in 2019. Without Ortoire and continuing the established field drilling through 2019 , TXP should be approaching 3000BOPD this time next year and as far as we can ascertain, to be funded from cash flow.
If Ortoire is successful , multiples of this. And all for c £25 milllion market cap.

My hands are covered in glue ......

Not sold one share of TXP. Don't plan to for a long time.

Up 13,5% in Toronto at the moment.

When are we gonna get a message about crossing 2000 BOPD?

David & Monique Newlands increase from 3.1% to 4.54% - this is a 1.87 million increase - and cost the best part of £325k, a real statement of intent.

wanobi - that is a good call.

The company is increasing production 10% a quarter or on average 60 bopd per new well taking into account declines as well. 6 more wells being drilled this year and at least 15 next subject to oil prices remaining above $70. share price can only go up and I am expecting production to hit 2100-2200 by end of this year and 2800-3000 by end of next. And then there is Ortoire which could be a massive bonus.

Brasso3, I've looked at the website, watched the presentations and so on, all as you suggested & quite right too!!

That, combined with the posts from some excellent researchers on this thread (thanx MT) has convinced me enough to invest for the long term in this company..

Thanx all, cheers Wan
