2.august - Trinity deal done + operations update
14. august - Q2
Week 35 start testing Cas-2 and 3
Week 36 spud Cas B well

+ Focus on growing production in all blocks
+ Drill a bunch of drills in the legacy assets (both Txp’s and Trinity's)

A couple more months before we see £1 TXP2themoon, I don't disagree that we will get there, but we've got 60p to hit which we should get to next month when the 2 new production pipelines are hooked up an turned on. We should get news soon on the completion of the welding that start on the 26th June so should be complete literally days and then a few tests and job done ... !!!!

I don't think anyone with half a brain wants to get out they have just bought another Aim company and were about to add cash assets production etc this stock is just about to BACK OVER A £1. SOON .this company has big ambitions and is now on track.

30p now 34p soon to be 40p next week and on its way back to 60p+ 2 new pipelines being welded ready for production as we speak and due to complete any day and those revenues will hit the bank very soon.

31st Court date to finalise the acquisition.
1st August TRIN Shares Suspend & Delists (also a Bank Holiday)
2nd TRIN's shareholders are given the new golden tickets TXP shares and we can start to talk !


We're poised ready for the transformation of the company .. 2 new hooks up coming on stream August or September the later IMO which should really add to the coffers....

This final update [from Trinity] is as unexciting as its previous few quarters with its slow production decline and is ‘due to deferral of some well recompletion and workover activities from Q2 2024 to Q3 2024 on Onshore and East Coast assets’ which exhibits a lack of drive although it keeps guidance at 2,600-2,700 bopd. Jacobin’s 30 yes 30 bopd after reperforating, what might it have been before that one wonders?

But Touchstone will benefit from greater economies of scale and more importantly recurring annual cost synergies which they believe will be ‘significant’ which also tells you something about the cost base and the combined beast will be leaner and fitter on a pro forma combined basis. So farewell Trinity, I had hoped some time ago that it would stay independent but that wasn’t to be.

You mean the one that says they did indeed do that, and it's producing dry oil at a whopping 30 bopd from the Lower Forest? Yes, I read that. Did you read kaos post 37679?

The 30 bopd is from a secondary target, rather than the stacked turbidite sandstone reservoirs in the Lower Cruse.
