19/7/2024 15:44 | kaos - ignore 37680 - that was just a suggestion based on not actually looking anything up. Actually, their December presentation says "Oil is of good quality with API density measured at 31.7 degrees at 60°F" However - there seems to be quite a bit of water associated with the oil production.... and then quite a bit of sand followed when they tried pumping it.. The Cavendish broker note says "By mid-January rates and flowing pressures from Jacobin had fallen to 10bopd, with the well struggling to flow naturally, so the decision was made to convert the well to pump. Fluids were brought to surface using the pump; however, significant quantities of sand were also being produced, and, by late March, the pump failed with a sand blockage. The forward plan is to recomplete the Jacobin well up-hole in the Lowest Forest horizon with production expected in the second half of May." | ![]() spangle93
19/7/2024 13:21 | 2.40 min we have 10 mil usd cash flow/Q eg 40 pa..... MC is 75m gbp they have processing facilities for 40.0000 boepd , doing 10.000 atm so funds flow could increase to 150 mil usd in a few years, trin not counting ... for the present valuation of 75 mil gbp still slowly buying from time to time in hope of the refurbished BOD after shareholders revolt even more significant | ![]() kaos3
19/7/2024 13:04 | SP93 thank you. got that. you answered my q to the perfection. i was not able to ask the q right. so let me try again crux knowing all that you pointed out and the sands and reservoir model etc - they did close, reperforated and there is no meaningful (on my amateur terms) effect in the well production profile. that is the issue i do not understand. why even bother with all the usual acrobatics without meaninfull effect that would substantially improve pay back period and SIGNIFICANTLY enough improve economics specially when considering allocation of restricted time and capital. is this the lowest hanging fruit to go after? | ![]() kaos3
19/7/2024 12:48 | oil is cold and heavy/viscous? Ask the question on the TRIN board, they have probably already got to the root of that | ![]() spangle93
19/7/2024 12:32 | trin "hope" well Jacobin produces 30 bopd AFTER re perforation so what is going on with the experts and science of the well performance stimulation in Trinidad? why it does not work ... in general terms .... the proven world models for the well data gathered in Trinidad if it is not a pocket, sands are good, connectivity is(must) be good, pressures delta is ok, kitchen source is known etc | ![]() kaos3
19/7/2024 12:21 | Quite right, kaos. I don't mind executives aligning themselves with shareholders (though issuing performance options to NEDs is a grey area). But shareholders don't have the chance to re-buy shares at 30p that they bought at over 100p. I wonder what the percent of share options now granted comes to, as a percent of the total shares in issue. edit - from Consolidated Financial Statements The aggregate number of common shares reserved for issuance under the Legacy Plan and the Omnibus Plan at any time is limited to 10 percent of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. As of December 31, 2023, aggregate stock options outstanding represented 6.1 percent of Touchstone's outstanding common shares (2022 - 5.1 percent) And most of them are at prices that are under water, thankfully | ![]() spangle93
19/7/2024 11:03 | very wrong modern times ... you create low SP, award yourself options and up it goes. SP a good omen for the share price appreciation bad omen for corporate culture in general and TXP specifically people at the BOD level not to be trusted at all, completelly immoral. thinkong of them selfs - they deserve it all anyway | ![]() kaos3

12/7/2024 12:49 | I know of at least 2 of the thumbs down posters, lol! I'm only pointing out my opinion, lol. You'd have thought all these long termers wouldn't be so bothered about whether it's 3 weeks or minimum months? I've invested in AET with money I had earmarked for TXP, AET up over 100%, TXP down over 50% since then (when I was ridiculed for selling tenners for a fiver, ahem) plus AXL up over 50% over same period but taken that already. Admittedly (and ironically!) I lost on SOUC during this period and sold at a loss. The opportunity cost has been very large for me as still hold quite a few and really genuinely hoping we are at the end of this devastating share price downturn but I'm not sure it is there yet? Best of luck all and as ever all IMHO. | ![]() dunderheed

12/7/2024 12:23 | Dunders There is the constant raging battle of the blind leading the weak in the head. Like me you get an automatic red thumbs down when you post. It is from a subsriber. We can't post negative ticks. If I don't receive one now, I am quite put out by the fact. red | ![]() redartbmud
12/7/2024 12:09 | Don't think the 3 year downtrend reversed yet? Not enough volume to justify and probably just early FOMO? The share price has always been a good indicator of what is really going on, regardless of "Clown presentations / thoughts", so got to admit am a little nervous that it isn't currently stronger? Seems to me, a lot of the share price support coming from the "it's just so good value now, (even when it was at 70p as well?)" and of course the (probably even more desperate) "there's got to be "something else" no one has seen in the last few years and has to be bought now because if not, it may be found out about and, immediately snapped up, about this "hidden gold" at TRIN" club supporting current share price?! I dunno, I'll get me coat and hat! Hope I'm wrong! As ever all IMHO, dyor. | ![]() dunderheed
12/7/2024 10:27 | 15 Trading sessions left till the company can start talking about the TRIN purchase why? benefits? value add etc.. IMO the 3 year down trend has stopped and the new bull cycle has already started, next we break 36/40/60 3 short term targets (next few months) | sirmark

Significant shifts now taking place carry profound investment implications for the next twelve months. Our stance, which was cautious for almost a decade, turned bullish in the first quarter of 2020 when Henry Hub was at $1.43 per thousand cubic feet (mcf ). In our 1Q20 letter, we wrote an essay titled “The Bull Market is Here,” stating: “If production were ever to falter, a massive bull market would result. That moment has arrived.” By summer 2022, Henry Hub gas surged more than six times, eventually reaching $9.68 per mcf as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine spread fears of a global natural gas shortage. However, back-to-back warm winters and an ill-timed fire at a US LNG export facility overwhelmed the nascent bull market and gas retracted its entire move, selling off to within five cents of the June 2020 low. Although it may seem like a strange time to write a bullish lead essay on natural gas, it was equally strange to make a bullish call in the spring of 2020, immediately before gas rallied 553%. i have huge respect for the outfit ... subscribe | ![]() kaos3
11/7/2024 15:31 | I don't think it has much relevance to TRIN, since in a month they won't exist ;-) As regards relevance to TXP, the article notes that, rather than being only destined for the Shell LNG plant, some of the gas production will be for NGC, to whom TXP sells its declining production from Cascadura. The 2027 timetable (which might be optimistic IMHO) is also a darn sight quicker than anything that will be produced from any agreement with Venezuela (again IMHO) | ![]() spangle93
