After being hounded and bashed and told repeatedly to under promise and over deliver.....the TXP team are being very conservative - and now they are being berated for "why are you not doing this and that"....why is it only this much going forward.........how come next Casca wells are only 20 each.....why why why....

Cant win can they.......but be assured, they are now being super conservative and understating the potential flows and rates and forecasts.

TXP and Heritage are trying to increase the price currently, they want around 3$ instead of the current 2.5$. This is most likely why they are not forecasting until mid December as they want to know IF they can assume 3$ in 2024 or stick with the 2.5$

As TXP goes forward you can now expect lots of conservative under promise flow targets and then all being well lots of over delivery.

Thats the new normal now, people wanted it, screamed for it and now your getting it.

11% - PRO has come up with some suggestions, based on price renegotiation, which are, frankly, discredited by the Malcy interview.

"4-5 years of a fixed price with a 2% escalator" (around 5:10 in the interview)

In the interview, no expectation of increase from 60 MMscf/d until next year

"20 MMscf/d from each of 3 wells drilled on the next Casc pad, which will double production when they come in during 2H24"

So I'm still not sure where the general expectation of an imminent hike to 90 MMscf/d comes from

11% if PB was desperate to not answer questions/ “get off stage” - he was sat at a desk. Anyway why would he have allocated 35 minutes of questions (longer than the presentation itself). Do you not think he would’ve bulked out the presentation/slides and left 5-10 mins of questions. You constantly lie to suit your book, it’s boring.

txp is a very good story imho. with a lot of noise along the way. noise like mine and similar should not impact investment decisions /and does not/. there remains huge space for improvements - specially regarding productivity/speed. and improvements could drastically improve the long term returns /time is money/. hence the noise of many
