10/7/2020 12:38 | Thanks chesy. | moormoney
10/7/2020 12:10 | Thanks Chesy, be interesting to see how detailed the reply is and hopefully not the usual "just managing to keep the lights on" line! | 1399peter
10/7/2020 11:53 | Thanks guysI have emailed Waeseem and Idris (Mark I ccd you in)I have asked 1. What are we doing in terms of future strategy, what is our business model2. How are we going to leverage the CQC encryption keys we have rights to.3. What is the future intention of our CQC shareholding.4. Have we managed to pay down some of our Stanhill Debt. | chesycustard
10/7/2020 09:50 | Richsrd Almeida resigned as a director of Intelicrypt on 1st July Jamie Ridealgh David Houghton Franz Forrester etc They've all come and gone. And what position are shareholders in now? Are we going to benefit from CQC's progress? | rtf777
10/6/2020 11:27 | Just had a look on the CQC website and they are progressing very well, extremely busy through April. I hope this will filter down to our bottom feeder of a company in someway. | 1399peter
27/5/2020 18:15 | "DO you still wish you had held TRX instard of TGL, in view of TRX'S new deeply-discounted fundraising?" You misinterpreted my comment. At not point did I say I wish I'd bought into TRX, I just rued being more than 14.3% down on TGL. I maintain I'm looking at 100% losses here, but I'm happy to be proved wrong. | fovargue
24/5/2020 17:49 | Thanks guys, Waseem at Stanhill was more optimistic, I will perhaps try him again soon. | mark10101

Can we not leverage off this success in other ways? ... " CQCL's 60M. euros fundraising just a few months ago is looking very well-timed, in view of the market crash, and shows what a shrewd operator Ilyas Khan is. Also note that IBM became a strategic investor in CQCL last month: "Cambridge, England, February 10, 2020 - Cambridge Quantum Computing (“CQC”), a leading global quantum computing company, announced today that IBM has become a strategic investor in the company. The investment comes after years of collaboration between CQC and IBM’s quantum computing team." | hedgehog 100

13/3/2020 13:47 | It's the curse of the TGL ticker! | singray105
12/3/2020 17:08 | Looking at the current TGL ticker owner it is not faring that well for them either. An original holding at 250 now only being worth 50 is not not better than the position we find ourselves in. At least Stanhill believe the holding is worth similar to when we delisted. | mark10101

03/2/2020 11:16 | I'm realistic about timescales here, but never/ever is a long time. I can't see any justification for the view that we will likely never get any money back: if this share was trading, such negativity would be viewed as 'capitulation', just as things are improving! This was my view last spring, but I'm a bit more optimistic on timescales than then, due to the good/great progress by GOS & CQCL. - Hedgehog 100 14 May '19 - 14:54 - 8177 of 8280 Edit " ... ITS's debt is relatively modest, and by way of a 'soft' loan from Stanhill. My view therefore is that the value of ITS could currently be at least about the value at delisting (about half a penny per share). And that value could increase over time. But I'm not really anticipating any return of monies to us, or (re)listing of ITS/CQCL, for a few years. (Albeit plans in business and investment can change rapidly, so that could potentially be sooner in the right circumstances.) ... " | hedgehog 100
01/2/2020 20:52 | The NAV per share is about what it was on delisting so that's the good news, along with us now making a small profit and the cqcl share holding. Bad news is; they need funding but too small for PE to touch, they cant sell shares as not on AIM anymore to raise funds so hard to grow the business, we have become more lean (good for costs) but lost our sales arm needed for the quantum key sales (cqcl will likely use someone else now), we still have debt to stanhill and with no listing we, shareholders, can never sell our holding.Bit of a catch 22. I think they would like us all to invest heavily in the company via a raise but there is not the appetite. | chesycustard
01/2/2020 16:07 | Chesy, I really don't hold out much hope of ever seeing our investments back. They certainly aren't giving us the slightest hint of that prospect, very much the opposite in fact. | 1399peter
30/1/2020 17:24 | Look who's talking Stig! 1. CQCL (Cambridge Quantum computing Ltd.), in which ITS has a holding probably worth millions, has become a stunning success: recently raising over £50M., and with 80+ employees. When we first started posting about it, CQCL was just a humble start-up. 2. GOS Systems (owned by ITS) has now become a profitable high tech security company. The market cap. of TGL (now ITS) at delisting was just £3.57M. at 0.525p (680,982,800 shares in issue x 0.525p). P.S. You've picked a bad day to try to gloat at me, with my pick KIBO up 48.1% today to 0.6p! From my RTO thread: Hedgehog 100 9 Dec '19 - 11:10 - 956 of 956 Edit 0 1 0 "'OFF-TOPIC' Not a shell or RTO, but an undervalued penny share opportunity that looks a good buy: Kibo Energy PLC (KIBO) 0.425p Market cap. £5.3M. ..." | hedgehog 100
