Not in their nature Mark.
They stitched everyone up when it was a gold explorer, and then again after purchasing GOS. You couldn't make it up it's so bad, I lost out twice here.
One mistake like this and my medium/high risk portfolio was wiped out.

As the old saying goes, when you pick something that is made out to look too good to be true, it usually is. They completely misled us with the RNS's that they were putting out, there should have been an investigation into their shenanigans.

"Very dissapointed with the response. Quantum keys should come out next year 2020. But...,GOS no longer has distrubtion capability apparently, we have outsourced. Does not bode well.
I have said surely they need to gear back up again, this is a unique opportunity at a special time, we still have the rights for 3 years, we are a tech security Co and this is state of the art. Otherwise what was the point?
I also said Cqcl just raised 60m euro and is doing great. Can we not leverage off this success in other ways?
My fear now is this all took too long and GOS is no longer part of the plan, its tech is now dated and the business maybe just getting run down. Hmm."

Thanks for those updates Chesy.

60M. Euro equates to £51.3M. at current exchange rates.
(1 Pound sterling equals 1.17 Euro)

Which suggests that CQCL could currently be valued at £ hundreds of millions at its valuation based upon that fundraising.

And of course it gives it the necessary funding to help fulfil its ambitions, which should help its valuation further.

It would be disappointing if they no longer wish to use GOS Systems to distribute IronBridge in Europe, but let's wait to see what pans out.

Chesy

Thanks for the update. Agree it doesn't sound good.

So they are now telling us GOS is not capable or financially secure enough to distribute anything relating to CQCL.

We've been sold a pup by the looks of things. Ilyas and Co should be ashamed of themselves. But I seriously doubt they are.

Laughing up their sleeves more like.

Hi everyone. Another year gone and another year not moving forward. Do we think there will ever be a tie up to CQC which is beneficial to us? At the moment it just feels they took our money and ran. Not a lot of integrity shown by Cambridge Quantum.

And the problem Chesy is that it was the Quantum Key news that was the BIG news that confirmed to us investors that we had a rosy future going forwards with our link to CQC, I actually topped after that news and I imagine that I was not the only one. But the share price hardly moved after the RSN, that was the strange thing that I remember. So we were shafted basically, I guess companies can just say when they want and mislead shareholders then with no repercussions?
It stated quite clearly that we had the rights for 3 years from the release date.

Thanks for the update CC, coupled with my phone conversation where Idris positively informed me they has £15k income from one aspect of GOS systems (can’t remember if it was monthly or yearly but either way not enough to resist with) maybe they they just intend to pay themselves and live of whatever comes in.

What I don’t get is the relatively positive and upbeat updates prior to delisting. The volume was not high enough to allow too many to get out in the know, but it kept people in for the supposed short suspension. It seems they don’t have much of a plan to come back to market or deliver share holder value, all very confusing. The worrying thing is they have sold Some of CQC shares which seems to be our key asset.

HH is there still hope now we don’t have Ironbridge and they are chipping away at the CQC shares?

They did't like it when we asked about that at the last meeting, they tried to avoid answering and went on to say something about the rights having lapsed if I remember correctly, wasn't very clear anyway.
Would be nice to find out more about this.

Still here.....and let's not forget......

In addition to Touchstone making the investment, Touchstone investee GOS Systems has been granted exclusive reseller distribution rights over CQCL's forthcoming Quantum Key Encryption ("QKE") products which will be targeted at governments and corporations that have high security requirements. The sales right covers European sales of the products and the products are expected to be available for sale from 2016 onwards. The sales right has been granted for a period of 3 years following the first availability of product.

Well, more of a case of not getting a very warm reception and all I was seeking was reassurance there was value in my not insignificant holding. Maybe because Idris was not very well, maybe as it was a few months after the shareholder update and this was covering old ground for them, I don’t know. I collated the questions from the group and shared by email but these were not covered. Maybe someone else can try as we near the end of another year.

Well done Mark, keep us informed.
Why do you say he was surprised that we are still interested? They had a shareholders meeting just a few months ago in February, the attendance was low though, four or five shareholders if I remember right.

I seriously doubt there are any plans for an RTO or anything else

I like to feel the optimism that HH shares with us as I like the sector, but the impression I got/getting from Waseem now and when I spoke with Idris earlier this year is they are surprised we are still interested and are a little put out we are still asking questions....

If IK had maintained our listing he would have made a small fortune here with our link to CQC, and in view of the fact that CQC are not listed anywhere at the moment. At the very worse we might well have seen an protracted pump and dump at some stage as the rumour mill got into full swing regarding the future of quantum computing, link with google, etc.
Unfortunately the meetings that I attend at Stanhill always portray a rather bleak picture for the Intelycript/GOS business with nothing much to look forward to in the short term, although we do still own CQC shares of course.

Our thinking/logic in investing here though was spot on, but unfortunately we never really saw a decent spike before suspension in order to take some profits, guess someone was in the know. All down to incredibly bad luck at the end of the day I suppose.

Much appreciate your input here but I will believe it when I see it, cynical perhaps
