Good historical narrative STT.So interesting to see how this has changed over time and yet is still held back by inaccurate preconceptions and inadequate research

The RSP is looking very strong with the MMs bidding up for over 200k and only 2k offered! Any amount of buying and this will move up. Marvelman did well to get his shares at 27.2p this morning.

bw,

A lot of investors don't understand the TLY model or are unaware of the company. Only a year or so ago TLY was listed as a 'Jewish website provider'.

Then there was the General Election/Brexit uncertainty. News articles claiming Labour will take back private contracts. Investors miss the fact that the NHS has been using private companies since it's inception. There are CCG's/GPs/Locums/agency nurses/cleaning etc run as independent businesses.

NHS 111 is now on the public's mind as the 1st port of call. That is good news for
A&E and TLY.
Insourcing will help reduce the ever increasing NHS waiting lists.

Look at the major shareholders and do some research into them.

0.5p but they are likely to increase it this year as they said that ultimately they will have a progressive dividend policy.

What's the total dividend? Interim plus final

That's why we all think it's massively undervalued!

But I think the answer to your question is that up until now it's been a low margin business but that is changing as THC expands. The margins there are much higher.

The bottom line is that a profitable company turning over more than £100 million, with more than £10 million cash, paying a 2% dividend, growing steadily and being identified as a takeover target for private equity should be valued way higher.

An innocent question from a new investor. But why is the Price to Sales so low here? Why is it not being valued correctly by the market?

Only one MMleft on 27.5p now. It should move up but they seem reluctant to allow it to rise.

BEGO (Berenbaum) went from the offer straight on to the bid joining another 4 on the 26p bid.

The MMs being disingenuous as usual as the RSP is completely one sided. They are bidding up for absolutely loads and there are a mere 5k on the offer. Anybuying and this will go up very quickly....
