24/1/2021 20:08 | Porky "Harrison brothers selling" I remember a couple of posters, Buywell and 1gw. They never understood the business nor the business model. The funny posts were to do with 'horrific balance sheet' and BoD management's judgement!!! I haven't seen any problems with Harrisons selling, as it was expected and I've never heard the CFO mention the balance sheet is 'horrific balance sheet'. As far as BoD judgement, they seem to be doing very well, as far as I can see. share price was 10-11p at the time of this post. 1gw - 16 May 2019 - 08:18:00 - 8659 of 16998 Totally Health - 2014 onwards - TLY Archy - if you're still around and want to see what the bear case is, I think post 7489 still makes a reasonable attempt. In addition there's an element of doubt about the judgement of the management I think following: 1. The failure to follow through on a share buyback after going to the expense of calling an EGM specifically to authorise the board to do one 2. The failure to demonstrate cash generation in 1H results despite saying in the October TU that "cash generation continued to be strong" 3. The Harrison Brothers (former owners of Vocare) selling out their near 10% combined stake in Totally | sikhthetech | |
