04/1/2016 14:03 | Awesome that as soon as we get a rise, People start shouting placing. Same happening at other shares up 10-20%. Sad. | duxy786
04/1/2016 13:47 | Nonetheless the company cannot ignore this level of stock price which would encourage me to raise money at say 50p??? | red army
04/1/2016 12:57 | Red army, i don't think they need funding...They said at the General Meeting that the NHS offering is self-funding...the momey raised was mainly for D2C...If they succeed with phase 1 D2C...then they should have sufficient money to move to phase2... | sikhthetech
04/1/2016 12:42 | Likewise. Top sliced a third of my holding at 54p this morning. A retrace is highly likely IMHO! Nobby | nobbygnome
04/1/2016 12:22 | Too much too soon so took some profit and prepared to buy again at lower level. If I was the CEO I would be tempted to raise some cash via equity at this level. | red army
04/1/2016 10:07 | Yes, it is a big ask, that's the risk... risk is that they don't achieve their target and need another round of placing next summer.... or they abandon the offering or Bob Holt resigns.... | sikhthetech
04/1/2016 10:03 | The 2nd Phase of D2C.. which is over a year away.... "The second phase of the roll out of the direct-to-consumer service is intended to be a high growth phase, where the Group will target all remaining `likely adopters` with diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease and coronary heart failure. The Directors intend to launch this second phase approximately 12 months from start of the first phase." | sikhthetech
04/1/2016 09:59 | Bobby, 10K patients @ £20-£40 per month per patient... it's TLY's target - in their subscription rns... I'm using the lower range £20 per month per patient for the £2.4m annual target.. 5 months after completion of subscription means launch should be Feb?? Therefore, we shouldn't see anything in yr end Dec 2015 accounts... all for this year... A big ask but is it achievable??? "All of Totally's clinical health coaches are qualified, registered nurses who have undertaken additional specialist health-coach training. At present it is anticipated that the optimum monthly user fee would be in the GBP20 - GBP40 range." "The first phase of the roll out of the direct-to-consumer service is intended to optimise the service strategy, via the targeting of an initial 10,000 subscribers with diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The Directors intend to launch this phase approximately five months after the completion of the Subscription, with the relevant service users being acquired over the 12 months from commencement." | sikhthetech
04/1/2016 09:38 | That's about 850 per month, 200 per week, a big ask Sikh? | bobby.ifa
04/1/2016 09:33 | There will be day and short term traders... hopefully some investors will look at the potential and the current BoD.... The D2C is the big potential here... it's new, so unproven.. Bob Holt became non-exec Chairman in Sept... The D2C started in Summer 2015 and their target is for 10K patients.. that would give them £2.4m revenue on top of revenues from CCG, non-NHS orgs and NHS England... if they achieve their target, the D2C revenue should be greater than the other 3 income streams put together... With Bob Holt's connections with Mears plc and Care Uk, Emma Jane Roberts connection with Healthcare companies, Tony Bourne's connections with Spire Health (he is non-exec director) and being ex-BMA Chief Executive and Dr Laitner's connection with NHS England, I think the 10,000 target should be easy to achieve... The money will do the talking, if they announce positive outlook then the share price will take care of itself... imo, 10k patients is the target...making profits from D2C will be key... | sikhthetech
04/1/2016 09:04 | Totally up today on the back of a new new year tip, principally due to the Bob Holt connection, but let's not forget he is also behind the scenes at APC TECHNOLOGY/APC as buying starts there | humblebynature

04/1/2016 08:20 | Over 70k traded within 15mins... I think The Daily Mail tipping it as a 'Top Tip' has helped...Also with Bob Holt being awarded the OBE... | sikhthetech

31/12/2015 11:46 | Congratulations to Bob Holt on being awarded the OBE.... "Congratulations to Bob Holt, chairman of several PLC companies, including social housing giant Mears, 3.25p better at 448.25p. He has been awarded an OBE in the New Year honours list. The jocular northerner set up The Footprints Foundation in 2008 and has since raised thousands of pounds for charities. He is particularly passionate about six orphanages he supports in South Africa." | sikhthetech
