25/10/2015 12:29 | Bobby, Bob's likes to keep himself busy... He is Chair of the following: Mears plc, DX Group plc, Forrest, Inspired Energy plc, Totally... In Sept, after he took up his position at Totally, he resigned from 3 organisations, Seneca, Paletine Private Equity and Mears Foundation. The crucial point is his contacts and direction...If he can provide the contacts to boost TLY's business and the direction the business needs to be heading then I'm sure Wendy, as CEO, can handle the day to day business... | ![]() sikhthetech
25/10/2015 09:54 | Thanks for the info from the Mail STT The chart looks very nice with a continued rise to around 60p likely. Another good contract or 2 might help to propel the share price towards that level. With that in mind I bought back my top sliced shares on Thursday at 37.5p and moved the price! 24/10/2015 10:16 | Bob really spreads himself thin, he's heavily involved in his charity work in Africa. You only have to look at his tweets that show his tremendous activity out there. Just hope this doesn't act as a de-tractor from his business responsibilities unless he has fully delegated professionally doing it. It's not a dig at the guy, just a little bit of input of how he can actually influence the £1 million EBITDA target to earn his corn. | ![]() bobby.ifa
23/10/2015 21:06 | Topgrader, you're confusing the news re the bod option's criteria and Bob Holt's arrangement on when to start to pay his fees... The bod options... ONE of the criteria is to achieve £1m pre-tax profit this year, ie fyDec 15.. Bob Holt's fees.. "Bob Holt has undertaken to not draw any director fees from the Company until the Company generates annualised EBITDA of GBP1.0 million, following which the Company shall pay Bob Holt a fee of GBP30,000 per annum." The 2 are completely separate... | ![]() sikhthetech

23/10/2015 11:22 | Could some kind person please tell me where to find the information that says management's options are contingent upon achieving £1m ebitda? | ![]() t0pgrader
22/10/2015 16:01 | This might explain the recent rise in share price .. "Further persistent demand in a market short of stock lifted Totally to 48p before a close of 44p, up a penny. Word is an earnings enhancing deal in the health coaching services area of its business could be just around the corner. The company provides one-to-one coaching from a nurse which helps a patient self manage their condition." | ![]() sikhthetech
20/10/2015 16:43 | PS I have top sliced a few already but want to hold on to the rest for much higher, | ![]() nobbygnome
20/10/2015 16:41 | STT Of course I have bought into the story! Working in the healthcare industry as I do, their sort of offering is definitely the way of the future with the extremely stretched healthcare budgets. So I am optimistic.....but I could do with some more definitive information to base my optimism on. Nobby | ![]() nobbygnome
20/10/2015 16:35 | Nobby, absolutely... we don't know if it will be achieved... it's one of the self-imposed criteria by the bod to get their options... Would Bob have agreed to join fee-free until he achieves £1m EBITA??? He has fees from elsewhere so it's not going to break his bank, if he doesn't but would you join a company with that sort of condition, unless you were fairly confident that you could achieve. He has his reputation to think about... There's no timescale of Bob to achieve it though.. It's 10weeks until yr end, if bod want their options then they will have to achieve it by then... However, since Bob joined and managed to get 3 funds onboard with 9%.... It's not without risk, they are aim listed...The D2C is unproven.... | ![]() sikhthetech
20/10/2015 16:30 | Had sell 5,000 on a nice profit to top up into PYC to drive my average down there. | ![]() bobby.ifa
20/10/2015 16:27 | Thanks STT We will certainly be multiples higher if that is achieved! But will it.....and how quickly. I have seen too many AIM companies disappoint despite bold pronouncements from the board! Nobby | ![]() nobbygnome
20/10/2015 16:14 | Nobby, there's not a lot to say, lack of news, lack of clarity...TLY is not one where we get regular newsflow... 3 funds with 9% each Bob recently joined and will not take any fees until he achieves £1m EBITA so I would've thought he would want to achieve that asap... The options criteria includes TLY making £1m pre-tax this year. Expecting to hear from BLF contract any day.. Any feedback from Health Show at Olympia... Any new/renewal CCG contracts?? D2C to be launched... how will Bob promote this? £1m cash raised recently... Mcap approx £4m, will it be £4m if Bob achieves his £1m EBITA? and But no 'we know of no reason for recent rise' from bod. | ![]() sikhthetech
20/10/2015 16:01 | I am surprised how little comment there has been following the meteoric rise in the last few days. The buying has been relatively limited yet the MMs are very twitchy. My average buy price is about 30p so I am already sitting on a healthy profit but with no news to know what to base the rise on, makes it difficult to know what to do. The market cap now looks a little high on the contracts we know about but I guess it is the ones we don't know about yet which are more important. We know the D2C is coming but I don't believe that can have a big effect in the short term. So I am a little perplexed about what to do! All advice gratefully received...... 19/10/2015 23:00 | Hi Porky, They have to achieve £1m pre-tax this year, ie next 10weeks, if they want their options AND £1.75m next year... There's still a lot to play for but times running out to get the £1m for this fy... If we hear about BLF and any CCG news then that'll help a huge amount... whether Bob can achieve anything on top of that, over the next 10 weeks, has to be seen... | ![]() sikhthetech
19/10/2015 22:52 | Sikhthetech . Hi , I suppose the £1.75 M profit year ending 2016 is more realistic ........ And don't forget there's plenty of outstanding options ..... ( 60p ...... £1.20 ) ............... Which if exercised would give the company a cash boost .................... | porky8
19/10/2015 21:06 | Knigel, if they want their options then they have to achieve £1m pre-tax profits this year... Also, if Bob wants his fees then they have to have EBITA of £1m... It's touch and go and as you say, no news of any new contracts... will they achieve their £1m pre-tax profit with only 10weeks to go until year end... Seems unlikely... If they do achieve £1m pre-tax profit then the share price won't be 40p...mcap of £4m... | ![]() sikhthetech
19/10/2015 19:40 | Well you never know but personally cannot see £1 this year .. we haven't won any new contracts yet... but agree the potential is massive and something seems to be brewing (tie up is my best guess).. bobby.ifa, noted CNEL spiked today so hopefully you manage to get out? GLA | ![]() knigel
19/10/2015 17:40 | I wouldn't worry too muchThe bod have breadth and depth in dealing with gov/local authority tendering process through Mears. Tly will either announce bigger and bigger contract wins or be the beneficiary of part of the revenues through Mears sub-contracting work to tly , or of course both £1 quite soon hopefully | xcap
19/10/2015 16:42 | Great finish to the day, looking very strong for tomorrow. Not wanting to sound greedy but a £1 would be fair value given the potential this Company has, unless they are forced to release the killer RNS............'we know no reason etc'. | ![]() bobby.ifa
19/10/2015 10:40 | That'll help cover my losses on the rip off stock CNEL. | ![]() bobby.ifa
19/10/2015 10:36 | Building up slowly. This will close the gap to 60p soon. | ![]() duxy786
19/10/2015 10:26 | Nice buys coming in... we are still to hear about BLF, feedback from the recent show at Olympia and how D2C is progressing... | ![]() sikhthetech |
