For me acquisition or increase in Dividend
Do like the divided as it goes straight back in auto buy shares , just under 250 shares every 6 months means in the last 3 years the initial cost of buying keeps dropping.
As for acquisition this was one of my questions for Tuesday

At present Totally have 3 Divisions will this be increased to strengthened the diversification.
Ideas = I.E software NHS 111 ; Supplier of PPE ; Cleaning division ( fragmented within the NHS )

I would like to see a divi increase.

The main points I'm looking out for are:

1) outlook for Insourcing is likely to be the driver here.
2) whether all subsidiaries operating and busy.
3) revenues, cash, profits increasing.
4) awarding of new contracts instead of renewals.
5) expansion in Republic of Ireland.
6) increase in divi


Not long to find out.

Really looking forward to that Interims RNS first thing Monday morning. With the flurry of activity at the end of the week I’m very confident it will be full of good news. No doubt the trolls will still find something to moan about but sure it will be another big step forward for this ever growing company.

Same here 0.33p wouod do wonders for the share price If dividend isnt increased then i suspect the share price will tank on fantastic results.....just going by history since we hit 44p thats all

A buyback ain't going to happen and I would rather have sustained dividend increases.

You will remember a buy back was mooted before and they put the necessary resolutions through but it didn’t proceed.
I don’t think it’s a good idea at this stage

Not.many shares in issue to support share buyback. Dividends increase would send this the share price to 50p plus

Insider dealing this really needs to be looked into why else would it be going up unless it's being pumped and dumped

Absolutely agree Nobby. That would be top of my list and certainly give a very positive signal.

What do you think about announcing a share buyback? I’m not always for them but in TLY case I think it would be a good use of the cash unless they have a good bolt-on business that they can snap up with it.

I think it is important we see an increase in the dividend on Monday and a statement about a progressive dividend policy going forward. That would signal confidence for the future which should be there because of the massive growth in THC business

Interesting price action this morning. The mid price trades must be sells because at the time I couldn't get a quote to buy. So it would appear we have a big buyer in the background.....

This mornings price confirms we have excellent news to look forward to on Monday !! An Interims RNS full of positive news and growth maybe even rolled up with a large contract win or acquisition.
Wish I had a mate who works in the City to pass me these good tips. It is so so wrong and completely stinks but looks like Gordon Gekko is alive and kicking !! “Greed is good !!”
