Spacedust I completely agree with you. Anyone that thinks “Gordon Gecko” was a made up character, he’s alive and kicking in the City of London. Do people on here really think Brokers, Stock Traders, Investors and people with money rely on data analysis and intense research and complex stock algorithms and studying stock chart history and so on or is it from a quick call from a mate who’s in the know !! We will never be able to compete with these people or make the big bucks, we are not close enough to the smelly depths of tbe City and how it works !!!

There you go no evidence to back up your post that Finncap see no evidence of Alphonso court case impacting trmr.
The figures back up my stance that trmr being impacted from Q3 onwards.

Have they previously said that Q3 will be significantly ahead and that position has changed? They were in the 'quiet period' since mid Sept, so exactly when do you think they should have informed the market?.

They've stated in the court doc that they have lost substantial business.

business dependent on the LGE viewership data and is continuing to lose such business, which Tremor would have retained and/or obtained but for Alphonso's and LGE's wrongdoing; Tremor's reputation is being irreparably tarnished; and Tremorâ€â222;¢s highly-trained salesforce is at risk."

They can make muted comments but the figures will show what is actually happening.

As previously stated, given the way inventory works, the impact of losing Alphonso would not have been known before Q2/H1, so from Q3 onwards we should start to see any impact.


Look at what happened with rthm (now trmr) v dataxu or TAP(now trmr) v Uber.

They were supposed to be easy wins for rthm and TAP but in the end, they settled out of court. Trmr took over rthm and issued a profit warning a few months later.

Crucially, it was rthm and TAP whose reputation was damagaed."

Footballl - I have never shorted a stock in my life, but since you have asked why I am here..i will tell you.

You have an ADVFN rag by the name of Sikhthetech - his management were responsible for trying to kill off BLNX, now known as TRMR and Sikhthetech has spent the last seven years trying to kill my investment...my portfolio is now actually at an all time high. lol

Now I don't know who you are - you might even be Sikhthetech, but i wont stop highlighting his activities until he stops spamming TRMR.

I wish you all the luck - but he will not win!
