I never mentioned last years interims....I said...."I expected it to drop after the results". I meant the results in July. This was also said in the discussions. We were over 40p then. As I said above, "I didn't expect it to drop this much". This has dropped a lot since the last set of results. Whether this is boredom, as I previously mentioned that it has become a boring stock to hold, or it is genuinely an unloved share at present.

Thinking a share is undervalued or overvalued does not make a share price correct to that given view. The share price is based on what the market makers see is the value to gain buys or sells. At the moment, I think that market makers are agreeing with my view the Totally is currently a boring share, with very little buying, uncertain of current progress and uncertain about future acquisitions. Hence the drop.

We have very different stock market methods. I have a very low average here @14p. Therefore, I will not be adding any more that will affect that.

They were around 20p when last year's interims were announced. They then moved up to around 30p. Then then moved from 30p to 40p in the spring.

They are news driven. I'm hoping for a good set of results and I hope they provide clarity on outlook and possible acquisition.

An increase in dividend would be a bonus and provide confidence of progressive dividends.

I think £58m for a company with recurring revenues of £100m++, £14.3m cash (as of Aug 2021), dividend paying, in the right sector and providing services in UK and Republic of Ireland is very cheap..

Don't forget the govt is moving to ICS and TLY is already prepared for those changes.

I, for one, have been adding as and when...

Although I said to someone that I expected it to drop after the results, I didn't expect it to drop this much. This is, at the moment, becoming a boring share to hold. Management need to be clear what their plans are regarding any new acquisition or not. Until then, the share price will remain boring and continue to drop on the assumption of a possible fundraising for a future purchase. An announcement is also needed about increased dividends.

Strip out the cash and the business can be yours for a mere £44 million.
It does look very good value now.
Will we get news of an acquisition with the results??

As you well know STD most court cases against the NHS NDA's against him and settled out of court.

Why is it the government will not answer the shadow Labour Health Secretary's question on how many complaints there has been against 111 services

She asked last February and still waiting for reply.

Barky,

"Court cases will happen in many cases with TLY - and the reason...they are responsible for many unnecessary deaths and will be sued accordingly...Sikhthetech disagrees and says nothing to worry about??"

The NHS 111 system has been around for years.
Can you provide evidence of a single court case against TLY where they were sued for NHS 111 deaths or are you making it up again?

blnx/rthm (now trmr) has a history of court cases.
Your mate, Sushovan Hussian, the ex-exec of autonomy and behind blnx IPO is in US jail for fraud.

Where do I say it's nothing to worry about if there are court cases against TLY? You're blatantly lying again.

Given NHS 111 has been around for years, can you provide links to court cases where TLY have been responsible and sued for ANY NHS 111 deaths or are you lying again?

footballl - what is good for one is good for another. Sikhthetech has tried to kill our stock (trmr) for years...it is a rising stock that will continue to rise.

Sikhthetech is an ADVFN rag that has a history of killing other stocks and on other bulletin boards - he is a snake!

This is the sort of thing he writes on my investments:

"Sikhthetech28 Oct '21 - 15:08 - 13299 of 13672
0.500000 1 1
Watch out for the profit warning... The rampers will say everything is fine... whilst they sell down..."

"Reputational damage is far greater than any possible financial settlement, which may or may not happen... This has got months to run as court cases can take forever to resolve.."

Court cases will happen in many cases with TLY - and the reason...they are responsible for many unnecessary deaths and will be sued accordingly - Sikhthetech disagrees and says nothing to worry about??

TRMR have one court case in which "they" are taking legal action on a non payment, and Sikhthetech is telling readers our share price will crash.

You really couldn't make it up!

Why has the Daily chart been removed from the header ?

buywell likes companies with technologies that provide better outcomes for humans with health issues

Comes under a 'green' banner imo

The main issues with TLY is that they do not make anything and they have no technology

IMO they only provide labour to the NHS --- this so far has resulted in very small margins

No idea what Tullow Oil's balance sheet has to do with this company.Unless marvel is trying to talk about TLY. But if you can't get the ticker right, everything else you say becomes null and void of course.Less a marvel, more a troll.

Marvel,
"Thanks for reminding me and giving me the opportunity to illustrate (again) your one man crusade against a company"

Readers can read Orph themselves. It's obvious that several posters on there have severe reservations about what CF is saying, about his credibility, repeated missed expectations etc.
Hardly one man crusade, is it? Instead being bitter, why not prove me and the others wrong and load up?

You're welcome to post your bull/bear posts here, if you have any?
