29/6/2021 13:41 | >> napoleon Good posts and I am in a similar position to you in terms of profit. The management team are very impressive and the reason I invested big in the first place was seeing Bob present his vision for the company. | nobbygnome
29/6/2021 13:37 | VERY close to B/O... | napoleon 14th
29/6/2021 13:32 | Trolls turn up when a share moves up. He's already on filter from somewhere else! IGNORE... C&P of what I posted elsewhere... I've been a LTBH of TLY since 2018, adding heavily in 2020, & said so several times. TLY are in the right place at the right time, expanding into Ireland & have Bob Holt (Mears) at the helm, not forgetting Wendy as well. I'm up 111% here and would not laugh at you were you to say they could bag again given time. Looking 4ward to next results... Oh, & IR35 will help TLY, who were affected by the focus on Covid last year. The resulting backlog in the rest of the NHS system won't do them any harm, which is why they are still LTBH IMHO. In fact, I re-invest the divis into more shares! | napoleon 14th
29/6/2021 13:17 | This seems there's talk of a placing or a court case on the other threadDYORSTD runs a pump and dump gang on the advfn threads | football
29/6/2021 13:16 | Oh dear we have a troll. Meanwhile level 2 improving nicely. Looks like further rises to come.... | nobbygnome
29/6/2021 13:15 | Watch out for Placing Court case. Overhang. From the rns': Placing. Given they have $130m in cash, why do they need a placing for working capital??? "The principal purposes of this offering are to create a public market for our ADSs, facilitate greater access to the public equity markets, increase our visibility in the marketplace, as well as to obtain additional capital. We intend to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital, general corporate purposes and to fund incremental growth, including for possible acquisitions. However, we do not currently have any definitive or preliminary plans with respect to the use of proceeds for such purposes." Court Case: "On May 18, 2021, Tremor Video, Inc. (“Tremor&rdquo Alphonso, Inc. (“Alphonso&rdq County of New York. The claim is for breach of contract, tortious interference with business relations, intentional interference with contractual relations, unjust enrichment, and conversion. The lawsuit arises out of Alphonso’s breach of a Strategic Partnership Agreement and an Advance Payment Obligation and Security Agreement (“Security Agreement”) with Tremor, along with related misconduct. Tremor complaint is for damages and other relief, including an order foreclosing on Alphonso’s collateral under the Security Agreement, from the Court." Overhang. Is it a coincidence that they are desperately trying to list before News Corp lock in period ends??? 18month lock in from Jan 2020. 6.91% holding. "Under the terms of the Transaction, News Corp will be subject to an 18-month lockup period." This is being pumped/dumped | john09

29/6/2021 12:33 | Saw an interesting snippet yesterday on twitter pointing out that the new Health Secretary is a paid advisor to JP Morgan Chase, who just happen to be investors in the private health sector.Hardly a bad thing for TLY. :) | microscope
29/6/2021 12:16 | --->NOBBYGNOME Buywell was negative at 10p was he? Well, what a surprise. :-) :-) But then again, he has been top of the prime idiot rankings for years. Regards, THE COUNT! | the count
29/6/2021 12:10 | I prefer to go by events and not just share price but if you look at the chart since March 2020, 1st lockdown: Prior to 2020, there was the political uncertainty, which was resolved by the Dec 2019 GE. March 2020, the share price was around 10p then jumped to 20p around fy2020 TU. It stayed around 20p for around 6 months before jumping to 30p on H1 TU/results. NEWS. Then stayed around 30p and around fy2021 TU jumped to around 40p. NEWS. The point is TLY is news driven... 1gw was clueless about the company and it's business model. | sikhthetech
29/6/2021 11:46 | Yes buywell and 1gw, negative at 10p and now here we are 4 times higher a year later. What an appalling call by those two but no surprise there. I agree this is going close to 60p in the next couple of weeks. Just IMHO and NIAI.... | nobbygnome
29/6/2021 11:38 | Next leg to 60p getting underway? Likely thirty percent margins from yesterday's contract were the sort of thing the sellers around 10p thought could never happen here.Another tick in the box :) | microscope
29/6/2021 10:33 | I had to pay .4150 | hybrasil
29/6/2021 09:53 | 41p paid for even small amounts | nobbygnome
29/6/2021 09:50 | I too have an order in for some more! | hybrasil
29/6/2021 09:21 | Bought myself 25k more yesterday, Nobby. You get the feeling that this is being walked up in small steps to try and keep the rise hidden from the wider market.Still cheap as chips. I'll have scratchings with mine. | longshanks
29/6/2021 08:51 | I see I moved the bid and then a couple of other buyers came in. Looking very encouraging for further rises.... | nobbygnome
29/6/2021 08:47 | Just bought another 10k. Seems like an open goal to me ahead of the results especially after the great THC contract announced yesterday. Clearly THC with its higher margin is going to do very well this year and should mean we get a promising guidance for this year. | nobbygnome
28/6/2021 20:01 | just gets better | thordon
28/6/2021 17:00 | I hope today's contract win persuades the BoD to increase the final dividend... | sikhthetech
28/6/2021 16:32 | All bodes well | cravencottage
28/6/2021 13:04 | So that new contract today should add another £250k to the profit line as that division operates on a 30% margin. | nobbygnome |
