No enhanced divi but the Co's strategy is clear....

"We look forward to a year of growth in a controlled manner. Our buy and build strategy continues as we seek out earnings enhancing opportunities in both organic and acquired growth.

With a strong balance sheet and growth opportunities I look forward to bringing stakeholders news of future developments."

What a company. Right place at the right time.

On a quick read everything is set fair for further growth from an already impressive level. The slightly disappointing aspect is the lack of a dividend increase but it helps to maintain the cash level I guess.

Who knows how the market will take it today but all is set fair for TLY!

Been a long term investor at just under 12p , never quite pushed the button to sell.
may sell 25% if reaches 60p as this would give money invested back plus a small profit and free shares.
Then i said that at 36P , depends on other shares as truly this will grow for multiple years

The following paragraph is from the THC RNS last week.

'Totally Healthcare benefits from a management team with vast insourcing experience and, leveraging Totally's position as a leading healthcare provider, plus the Group's strong relationships with NHS commissioners in the UK and Health Service Executive (HSE) commissioners in the Republic of Ireland, we expect Totally Healthcare to continue to grow at pace and widen its footprint across the UK and Ireland.'

With THC growing 'at pace' I don't see how the outlook can be lacklustre for the company as a whole. Remember there was little contribution from THC last year because of the pandemic and this is the division with the biggest margin. Planned care should also be back close to normal.

Anyway we will see tomorrow morning at 7am!

Just profit taking I'd say from anyone overweight in the stock who's erring on side of caution.

Quite a few sells before the close. Hopefully not a sign of a weak outlook in the update tomorrow. This is one of my largest holdings.

savagestock,

In terms of TLY's divisions (Urgent Care/Planned Care/Insourcing) and their growth, look at what I highlighted in the header 3 yrs ago.
Over the past few years, TLY have been building a diversified business model for OOH care.

Have a look at the new govn proposals.
See the connection???

TLY are in the right place at the right time.

TLY's Strategy:
"Building Totally into a leading ‘out of hospital’ healthcare provider to help address the significant healthcare challenges faced by the UK now and importantly, in the future"

Buywell,

What relevance is TLY's chart showing when they were only a Jewish website during the .com boom???

You might as well post a graph of Nokia when they were a pulp mill 150yrs ago. lol

It shows your complete lack of knowledge of the company.

As to digital, it is the way forward and govn changes are expected and would be great news for TLY.

And a 55k at 44.5p.

As usual buywell is completely clueless about TLY. I am surprised he has the temerity to even show up here after he was negative at 10p a year ago. Just the 400% up then. Clueless is most definitely the word....

57k buy at 43.8! Encouraging someone is prepared to pay that level for a chunk of shares....

Is that chart appropriate?

Bit misleading isn't it as TLY divested itself of its comms business in Dec. 2013, and the current business really took shape with Wendy and Bob at the helm. Wendy Laurence appointed CEO Feb. 2013.

The chart below is the more correct timescale for the current business, nice bowl formation underway.

Buywell being a tad disingenuous.

The big increase in high margin THC contracts should offset any loss from Covid one off contracts plus the planned care division will be picking up again back to normal levels.

boris wants the new MoH to put the NHS bill for health and care forward this coming week

In essence the government will be empowered by this bill to make many decisions and the NHS hierarchy weakened by it

Javid has been working/advising a company working with the NHS ref the use of AI --- he has recently had to give up this position

However it would seem to bode well for the increased adoption of Digital Health

Just for another perspective here is another chart from advfn for ALL the time TLY have traded

I agree the results will be interesting but more important will be 1) forward guidance 2) the impact on the business from covid unwinding. I would not be surprised (tho the market might be), if the company was cautious about the outlook, as i am fairly confident that visibility is still quite murky....

Divisional breakdowns will be important, as will some decent analysis on how the overall projection breaks down by division, and crucially organic growth rates. Margins will also be key, as will an honest and transparent presentation of results given the various accounting changes. For example, just how well are Vocare and Greenbrook performing in terms of organic growth and margin improvement versus what they paid for them....

Like others i remain a (small) holder, but a measured in my enthusiasm (no doubt wrongly)...i do feel that PE will be running the slide rule over the results to calculate how much fat there is to see what a takeout price might be...

At a time when healthcare (of almost any description) is seen as a hot investment area, i do sometimes wonder what will propel this share price higher.....

we know the cash and approx revenue figures..

Cash £14.8m
Revenue ~£92m
earnings substantially ahead of management expectations and last year's £4m.

Expecting fy guidance, outlook on the 3 divisions as well as fy divi declaration.

Waiting for govn new proposals to come into affect, which should give them a further boost.

Thankyou silkthetech. I have to say that i am surprised that ADVFN does not control this sort of behaviour, failure to act does rather devalue their franchise in my eyes, next time that they invoice me for £200 plus, i might just think twice.
