01/6/2004 10:29 | cw2000 Is there one near you? | bonney
01/6/2004 10:04 | I have recently found this BB and am wondering if anyone has ever visited one of their venues, or even played bingo. How do their clubs compare to others and what is the profile of the players. I am interested to hear what the company looks like in the flesh. | cw2000
31/5/2004 18:14 | Any one of the last 2 massive jumps will do me nicely! Any more news regarding the results? | aerotus
28/5/2004 10:54 | goliard - I am interested in the views of TTH of others, they can prove helpful in making decisions. Although I was going to top up further I feel that I have enough at present. It is as you say a company that looks like it will go further. Believe the deal of 150k was a sale at 7.7p Online limits still the same as before. Price now is 7.6p / 8.35p Any trading does appear to affect the price. Any continued large volumes trades would appear to make quite an effect one way or the other on the price. Did not TTH have quite a jump in the past on results? 150k sell has been more than wiped out by the 2 buys of 100. | guru11
28/5/2004 10:10 | .AEROTUS...its an error in the BB...have to post to read new messages, he over does it though..lol now a large 150k sale or not ? mm's may try to get sells through as they have orders to fill, cant see the price holding here. The co is doing well and growing and making profits and due to pay a dividend. They are at a low valuation from the share price over the past year and there are takeover rumours pre results... Dyor etc | smallchange
28/5/2004 10:08 | Agreed, but you also need to strip out the property assets from the market cap and consider that if profit does come in around 1.2 or 1.3 million and the company say they are very bullish going forward then its possible that the pe rating wont be so important. Asset rich companies, especially small cap ones, will always trade on a higher pe as their assets can sometimes equate to almost their entire market cap. If the company had no assets and estimates next years profit at about £1.8 million, then they would be worth about £20 million on a pe of 15 (reasonable for a high growth company). Seven of the bingo clubs they bought were freehold and appear to have been undervalued in the deal, so TTH property portfolio stands at at least £5 million but maybe more. The beauty here is that nobody knows for definite how TTH are doing and the acquisition came after the last interims. The results in a couple of weeks will cause a complete rethink of the company valuation and I think this is where shareholders will score. I'm not even sure how many bingo halls they now own (13 bought in the last year), but they are 4th largest in the country and this makes them very attractive as a takeover target. How much does a bingo hall make per annum? Honestly, a re-rating here is now due. | goliard
28/5/2004 09:49 | It says that pretax profits at interim stage was £530k, so a doubling of this would make £1.060m, plus any extra business, but market capitalisation is £21m, so coming down to the all important pe ratio what does that leave us, after 30% normal tax charge - 28?. which could be going lower. So where do we see the share price going, possibly short term up, but they seem to me to be fairly fully valued, if I am not mistaken, but with some good growth prospects. The pe ratio really should only be around 20, but with the increaesed profit in the second half and the new sites on stream the full year results the following year could be around £1.5m for a pe of still around 20. | guru11
28/5/2004 09:23 | guru11, thanks for posting online limits, they're really useful for me but they're hard to get with my online broker so I appreciate the updates. I was away yesterday afternoon but was pleased to see we finished neutral on the day. Only about another week or so til results. Remember I'm predicting £1million + pretax profit, which as i've said seems impossible given the last rns. L2 not so healthy today 1v4. | goliard
28/5/2004 09:20 | Online limits today 50k buy / 100k sell. These NMS can be cut / increased in seconds at MM will. | guru11
27/5/2004 23:01 | Anybody would be mad to sell right now! Should see a break-out over 8p tomorrow. Be lucky TTH'ers | aerotus
27/5/2004 15:51 | Price now 7.7 / 8.5p and buy / sell limits 10k and 100k. price did dip on the 2 sells of 20k+ and 30k+ but then there was another 20k buy. So next week will be interesting. Price seems incredibly sensitive to any buying or selling. 25k sold offer price reduced from 8.5p to 8.4p If there was substantial buying it would go above 10p, or selling down to 6p | guru11
27/5/2004 14:43 | Back to where I paid yesterday. Only got 25000. I think I might sit and watch. If they fall then I might add. | willydoctor
27/5/2004 11:56 | INO NAV 15P share price 7p - I have been INO before, what is said is true, but ARX has gone off the boil from 38p down to 20p. I cant see a quick buck here. Going back to the site subject of TTH, I see the online trading is buy 10k sell 150k what does that tell you? Forget IN0 and stay with TTH. 14.15 online buy / sell limits have changed 25k / 100k from 10k / 150k. offer price now 7.94p. instead of 8.5p. | guru11
27/5/2004 10:55 | I bought in yesterday 2 deals of 25k and 20k, so hopefully we can expect good things. | guru11
27/5/2004 09:28 | 3v2 7.5 - 8.5p No change today but a nice 40K buy at full offer to start us off. Aerotus, I would expect the stock to go xd in July and payable early August, but that's just a guess. | goliard
26/5/2004 23:15 | Its very rare for such a new AIM company to start paying dividends. Surely they would only have made the decision to do this if they were HIGHLY profitable with a healthy balance sheet. Maybe they are trying to make a big point about their success to date. Wouldn't have thought people were expecting a dividend this year unless business has been booming in the past year. | aerotus
26/5/2004 23:11 | If they declare a divi, then when could we expect it to be paid out? Any ideas? | aerotus
26/5/2004 22:59 | Goliard - thank you! That's my name cos that's my job! I will have a gently sniff at some more tomorrow morning. Problem is that MM always smell a rat when approached by spread betters - so they moved the goalposts as soon as I tried to get in with a big stake. Only thing that concerns me is that if figures are going to be "slightly" ahead of expectations - how much more can that mean? Still - if they are making cash and possibly going to pay a divvy then that will be taken well I hope! | willydoctor
26/5/2004 20:32 | st, thought they might be but wasn't sure. What makes you so sure? Willydoctor (great name), its the results i'm banking on. I think the profit will be much higher than anticipated and will lead to more buying. I think news about TTH seems to have been badly leaked and the price will rise steadily from here barring any large sellers. I would want to see at least 12p if the results are as good as I hope and possibly more depending on what else is announced. | goliard |
