If July figures show a substantial uplift it will attract interest from investors but also prompt interest from Daisy etc. BT is "very aware" of Toople's presence in the market place.

There could be buying on the way here as July figures approach.

July should be good. The Durban office will be increasing its pace.

We're on the way up. Looks like the seller could have cleared from the last few weeks.

Traditionally a quieter trading period, the summer holidays.
A great opportunity to Buy at current prices though, ahead of trading updates and other news no doubt.
Expecting an interesting 6 months ahead.

Not long ago a 1 million trade felt like a big number.Not now, 2, 3, 4, 5, even10 plus million trades are increasing in visibility.Positive change is afoot.

Expect to see a continuation of larger trades, as 'serious' investors now look to take both positions and take advantage of recent and future growth. Anyone watching closely will note this process had already started.

Absolutely, my average is 20% higher than the current share price but I'm calm and confident it will be one of my best long term performers.

At today's finish the market cap was £3.37m. Business being signed per month is now £500,000 and on a rising trajectory. Wholesale figures are not included...And costs are not included...but a rough guide suggests the next seven months of business being signed will be equal to today's market cap. The share price really is out of kilter with the companies position at the moment. The companies business is being built independently of the share price....but this will not always be so. !!

"its quite a competitive market place. Where are these people coming from then? They are obviously coming from someone else aren't they?"

Selling has been dying out at these levels. I thought that we were unlucky not to get another tick up after the 3m buy this afternoon

It has been indicated that spend is in line with the plan. Toople know the growth in Retail. A key point though is that they know the growth in wholesale - that was muted previously by the dumping of the legacy rubbish. The brake is released now and wholesale growth will be accelerating. FY19 results will show that.

There can't be anymore shares issued without shareholder approval, all existing authorities are used.

Buying interest has increased. That is not surprising when new business has increased month on month to a 100% over a nine month period. And July will be even more...after initial costs revenues are flowing through!! Going forward the customer base and revenues will drive the share price upwards...this is an easy to understand opportunity...

Can somebody hazard a guess as to why the share price is so low. Is it the concern that they will need another placing at some stage over the next 12 months ? or something else ?

23 Aug 2018 - SE Reseller contract - Upgrade of two National High Street Retail Chains

The contract will have taken time to implement but should now be building into the revenue.

It is a migration of 2 high street nationals. Consider some high street national branch numbers:
Boots 2500 branches
WHSmith 1600 branches
Poundland 500 branches
Clinton Cards 360 branches
Next 500 branches
Monsoon and Accessorize 1400 branches
Toolstation 300 branches
Wilko 413 branches
etc

how much could this contract be worth?

I have used "300 branches" each for the 2 national retailers in the "Low" estimate
I have used "400 branches" each for the 2 national retailers in the "Medium" estimate

Just as an example, 2 x 300 x £500pa => £300,000 revenue

It could be substantially more …
For example 2 x 1000 x £500pa => £1,000,000 revenue.
