I believe that they want a much higher share price (to reflect the true value)so that just maybe they can do a take-over for shares to get them to better than break even in one fail swoop.

You were not far off with your calculations , the company is growing month on month what more could you want, all they need now is Andy up in hot air balloon to fly around the world, company recoganition is to me the really big step forward.

ff2345 - I don't think it's a matter of putting the "For Sale" sign up, it's a matter of saying that we really should be valued more sensibly, and a large part of a sensible valuation is how they would be valued in a takeover. It's certainly worth Andy highlighting that such a valuation would be many multiples of the current price.

This is the update that we have waited for. It clarifies toople.s position and will create the volume to take us away from these levels. The focus will start to turn to cash flow positive as all the record months of increased business turn to monthly revenue and out pace costs...

That is my take as well. But I am confused as to why he has put the "For Sale" sign up at this point...... there is so much future potential here, and I am not sure the price we get now will reflect that.

ff, the recent M&A with Kcom would not help Toople buy other telcos at a discount.

It means Telcos have more value - it has been reflected by the offer and counter-offer for Kcom.

So, "we believe that the business is currently in a very good place." would mean that Toople is more valuable to a buyer.

Makes you wonder how much monthly business they will be closing by Dec 2019. From Oct 2018 to May 2019 (7 months) they have doubled it from £250K to £500K so not outlandish to estimate £750K by Dec as the business continues to materially grow ACROSS ALL operational metrics.

From October last year the monthly sales have increased from the record 250k up to 500k and is still rising....some of my posts were in the right direction...daisy would be nice but there is so much growth that the long term rewards will be better for the patient. And I do not apologise for some of my recent posts about these are the levels to buy at...well done bids and others who ignored the silly noise.

He's well on is way to create another talktalk and can still buy at these levels 3.5m mcap. Debt free. 1m in the bank. Sector has massive ma activity.

Wow, great news today.

.. and good to see that they have opened the SA office. Toople will have been missing out of hours phone orders previously. The new out of hours office takes the foot off the brake. July will see further increase from digital marketing and now also capture the out of hours people.

This will rocket.
