15/5/2019 08:01 | you are right benjam. so say 20,000 minimum should be about 0.5%. thats £50m value compare to kcom takeover price. thats end of year target for me. right now we at jus £5m market cap. should be worth today at least 4 times that imo. | jungmana
15/5/2019 08:01 | Mr.Oz the 3,5m contract revenue started in 19H2. Hence not seen yet. | 2mex
15/5/2019 07:58 | Over 900 confirms what the sales team mentioned to chestnuts. At the that time they were looking to break the 1000 target. Sheer class! | 2mex
15/5/2019 07:57 | "We continue to add more customers, typically on two year fixed term contracts. Our growing customer base will result in a lower cost of acquisition per customer and will boost our future outlook. We are now seen as a major disruptor in the SME telecommunications space, and we are being benchmarked against by a major tier one UK carrier. Our competitors find our transparency and fixed price contracts unsettling as this clearly appeals to small businesses. The major incumbents have traditionally used 'increase in price' strategies linked to RPI. We offer a product that provides customers with exactly what they need, at a fixed price and are increasingly becoming a natural choice for customers looking for an easy to use, no hidden costs, telecoms service." | jungmana
15/5/2019 07:57 | OK, came aware of TOOP as result/just after contract win. So 3.5m win is staged revenue and hence why not in figs today? | mr.oz
15/5/2019 07:55 | Excellent news. Note 1:"We are now seen as a major disruption to the telecommunications space." Note 2: ". There continues to be consolidation in our sector, with notable deals recently announced such as the proposed acquisition of KCOM Group for in excess of GBP500 million who were a major player in the UK SME market. Over time we believe we will have a role to play in this M&A activity." I believe this means that they expect to be targeted for acquisition. | 2mex
15/5/2019 07:46 | Great results, all as expected and well under radar. Will be adding moreCo has a great future. | susiebe
15/5/2019 07:45 | Gap to fill to 0.95p BUY! Imo | ny boy
15/5/2019 07:42 | I think the key points are (i) the benchmarking by a tier 1 competitor and (ii) the statement about M&A. I think they expect to receive a bid if their growth continues for much longer. Time will tell. | vida
15/5/2019 07:42 | Revenue for the 6 months to September 2019 could be up to GBP 2m imo. The GBP 3.5m customers started moving over from late March and therefor will give a big boost to our revenue coupled with growth in orders to over 1,000 new customers a month. and will not be surprised to see another 1 or 2 such big contracts land soon. Definitely on target for minimum of 20,000+ UK SME telecom customers by Xmas imo. That's about 1% share. | jungmana
15/5/2019 07:42 | Results pretty much as expected and another record month in April 2019. This has takeover target written all over it. | parob
15/5/2019 07:29 | Toop are being benchmarked by a Tier 1 provider, so will also be on the takeover radar.Importantly Toop expect to continue to grow customer acquisition rate with the same level of marketing spend, i.e. even more bang for their buck. And "we look forwards with confidence".Toop and obvious buy/hold. Get as many as you can. | top tips
15/5/2019 07:19 | That's a good result with revenue up to GBP 1.08 as predicted. As of April over 900 orders a month . May will be over 1000 orders a month and on tgat growth rate we should be doing 1,500+ orders a month by end of year.We are on track for 1% of UK SME (20,000 customers) by end of this year.Kcom had 5% of UK SME telecom customers and had just been taken over at GBP 504m.Right now I estimate we are at about 0.5% of UK SMEs ( about 12,000 customers) On comparison basis we are worth at least GBP 30m to GBP 50m today.market cap just GBP 5m . | jungmana
15/5/2019 07:13 | Not far off 2mex, another record month and 900 customers signed up | lukehold
15/5/2019 07:12 | All our products are delivered and managed through Merlin, the Group's proprietary software platform. Merlin provides an end-to-end automated process that allows customers to place orders easily and enables the business to grow its customer base, without the need to scale expensive resources. This helps support one of our key differentiators - quality of customer service. There continues to be consolidation in our sector, with notable deals recently announced such as the proposed acquisition of KCOM Group for in excess of £500 million who were a major player in the UK SME market. Over time we believe we will have a role to play in this M&A activity. | vida
14/5/2019 22:59 | I like the first line of that job ad Lukehold:Do you want to be part of a new and growing telecoms business to challenge the big guns? | parob |
