Parob, yes the steady increase you show does make sense. The figures look like they are in the right ballpark.

Toople's 3 year compound annual growth rate 1st of 25 telecom companies (244.5 verses median 2.5). Source: well known stock screening website). Smashing it on sales growth. Goes without saying really!

October 2018 saw 500+ orders (at the time that was a 40% increase)
The 2 year revenue was £250K+

Now, 6 months later April is looking like 1000+ orders.
So Toople could now be adding £500K+ per month.

As I said earlier, each way you look at Toople shows that it is undervalued.

I sold today, too many ramping on Twitter and here, will wait now for actual figures before buying any again.

Retail customers added on a monthly basis could look something like this:

Oct 18 - 425
Nov - 470
Dec - 520
Jan 19 - 570
Feb - 630
March - 700
April - 770 (approx 900 orders inc. orders from existing customers)

I.e growing at approx. 10% per month. Would you agree 2mex?

Looking at the Retail side of the business we have had this reported:

Oct18 * £250K+ revenue added over 24months - record month - reported 420+ customers added, reported 500+ orders
Nov18 * £250K+ revenue added over 24months - surpassed Oct18 - reported 450+ customers added
Dec18 * 300% of Dec17 (RUN RATE FOR FIRST 18 DAYS WAS STRONGER THAN NOV18 RATE)
Jan19 * 242% over Jan18 - reported new record number of customer contracts
Feb19 * 243% over Feb18
Mar19 * reported New Record Month

Now, courtesy of chestnuts, we have learned that April "should break 1000". (orders, I believe)

"1000" is a psychological target. To me, reading into the statement, there is confidence of that target being broken. Further, predicting it suggests that they can see regular momentum. That implies they may have been close before....and that puts perspective on Jan / Feb / March figures.

With previous 2 years' interims being on 9th and 10th of May, this year's interims will probably be next week Thursday or Friday.

Got a feeling Toople will be 10p to 15p pretty quick. Revenues increasing month on month and customers locked into two and three year contracts giving certainty going forward.Could be the investment of a lifetime.

Enhance your spending power with toople rewards. You have to sign in to the toople site to see the rest of the hundreds of offers available. ........ I think this is big. It adds other companies discounts and adds to tooples offering....is it worth another multiple...

On a Toople site. There are sixteen companies giving discounts or advertising products and these include Apple. Legoland Virgin Atlantic. I have not looked at the others behind a push this button. This is a big move up as some big companies are not afraid to use tooples growing customer base. One site is still the old one so you may not go straight to the right site...this could be big because of what we posted about earlier brand awareness...going to have another look

Market Comparisons

TOOP's CEO stated (2018) he aims to get at least 5% of the UK SME market within 5 years (by 2023), modified (22/3/2019 Interview) to 5% within 3 to 5 years (2021 - 2023). If they get 5% within 3 years, then 7% within 5 years looks possible.

- KCOM had 5% of the UK SME market and accepted an all cash takeover offer of £504m (33.8% premium to previous days closing price) on 24/4/2019, implying:

-- TOOP share price on gaining 5% of the UK SME market = (504 / 2.62) x 0.28p = 53.86p

-- TOOP share price on gaining 7% of the UK SME market = (7 / 5) x 53.86p = 75.4p

-- TOOP market capitalisation rises £100.8m & share price rises 10.77p, for every 1% of the UK SME market it gains.

- Daisy Group (2018) has 7% of the UK SME market and in H1 2018 (FT, June 2018) put itself up for sale at £1 billion before being bought by its founder.

-- Parity with Daisy would give TOOP (getting 5%) a market capitalisation of 5/7 x £1 billion = £714.28m & share price 74.8p

-- Parity with Daisy would give TOOP (getting 7%) a market capitalisation of £1 billion & share price 107.7p

-- TOOP market capitalisation rises £142m & share price rises 15p, for every 1% of the UK SME market it gains.

- Conclusion: TOOP share price target on 5% to 7% = 54p to 75p (& potentially 100p+)

N.B.
TOOP’s projected growth in market share (% or No of SME’s) with corresponding market capitalisation & share price, based on comparisons with recent takeover prices for KCOM (5% at £504m) and Daisy (7% at £1 billion [= 5% at £714m]):

Market Share............Market Cap.......Share Price

0.1% or 5,000 SME's = £10m to £14.2m = 1.077p to 1.5p
0.2% or 10,000 SME’s = £20m to £28.4m = 2.154p to 3p
0.3% or 15,000 SME’s = £30m to £42.6m = 3.231p to 4.5p
0.4% or 20,000 SME’s = £40m to £56.8m = 4.308p to 6.0p

0.5% or 25,000 SME's = £50m to £71 = 5.35p to 7.5p

0.75% or 37,500 SME’s = £75m to £106m = 8.077p to 10.5p

1% or 50,000 SME's = £100m to £142m = 10.77p to 15p
2% or 100,000 SME's = £201m to £284m = 21.54p to 30p
3% or 150,000 SME’s = £302m to £426m = 32.31p to 45p
4% or 200,000 SME’s = £403m to £568m = 43.08p to 60p
5% or 250,000 SME’s = £504m to £710m = 53.85p to 75p

7% or 350,000 SME's = £705m to £1000m = 75.39p to 107p

"we won't be a business that is lmited by customer growth because we've got to add head count into the business...as a business, we can probably grow exponentially, 20, 30, 40 times bigger than what we are today, without having to add any heads into the business, and that is a key asset in terms of Merlin...growth is exponential."

15% up aproximately on my initial investment today. Maybe a tad more. But it does highlight the benefits of investing at these still low levels...if we get to a stage where toople start to go up by 0.1p then my holding goes up by 33%. Or down by 0.1p ouch. Chestnuts post today show a very busy toople and a quick rise from these levels may happen. Examples of what could happen to the toople share price if business increases so that a substancial company is formed have been provided. Today though my gamble looks allot safer...nice.

ee website has a community section.

I presume that is a forum (I haven't created an account).

Someone might want to visit the ee community to let people know about Toople. Especially in light of ee putting charges up by 15%.
