How big does toople have to get to get into the above chart. Surely there will not be a mention in the interims. We have the growth but not the relative amount. But that will show as we progress.

TalkTalk have 6% SME market share. Andy Hollingworth led TalkTalk on that path as Director of SME and Corporate Sales.

He is now aiming for Toople to achieve 5% SME market share within 3 to 5 years. He has the experience, the contacts and a great team.

TalkTalk Business
Director of Partners (wholesale) Sep 2003 – Aug 2012
Andy lead a growth strategy in the UK reseller market from sub £50m turnover to £250m turnover (£150m net profit with around 30 staff).

TalkTalk Business
Director of SME and Corporate Sales Aug 2012 – Oct 2015
Andy led the transformation of performance from 18% customer loss into growth of over 3000 customers per month within 3 years.

Bob, TOOP's target is to get at least 5% of the UK SME market within "3 to 5 years", which we now know based on the takeover valuation for KCom last week (who also have 5% of the UK SME market) is worth at least £504m, and by the time TOOP get there, I suspect the value figure will be even higher. This also implies that even 1% of the UK SME market would be worth just over £100m (10.7p) on TOOP's market capitalisation, 2% worth £200m, 3% worth £300m etc. These valuation figures would also be 40% higher if you use Daisy as the comparitor instead of KCom.

Basis for 19H1 revenue estimate

Some notes collected for people trying to project revenue:

6 months for 18H2 was £810K. Later 18H2 sales take time to build into the revenue and will actually show in 19H1.

So the £810 base revenue will build in 19H1 just from the customers already on board.

Also allow for some customer loss. It was reported at 0.5% per month in Aug2018 - I doubled this in my projections.

Now looking at the two sides of the business:

RETAIL SIDE OF BUSINESS

You can see the company's revenue addition figure for Oct2018 and in other news they also mentioned number of customers and number of orders.

The above point is worth considering when you look at Jan 2019 reported as record number of customer contracts (orders)

Oct18 * £250K+ revenue added over 24months - record month - reported 420+ customers added, reported 500+ orders
Nov18 * £250K+ revenue added over 24months - surpassed Oct18 - reported 450+ customers added
Dec18 * 300% of Dec17 (RUN RATE FOR FIRST 18 DAYS WAS STRONGER THAN NOV18 RATE)
Jan19 * 242% over Jan18 - reported new record number of customer contracts
Feb19 * 243% over Feb18
Mar19 * reported New Record Month

WHOLESALE SIDE OF BUSINESS

Looking at the contracts won in 18H2, most of that will only start impacting in 19H1

21May18 * At least £360K over 24months SE Telecoms provider
25May18 * Utility switching company - access to the company's 35,000 SME customers. Toople have trained the company's sales team. ACTIVE FROM AUGUST 2018
05Jul18 * Energy company bolt-on. Energy customers now offered Electricity + Gas + Toople Broadband & Telecoms combined package. EXPECTED MATERIAL IMPACT
05Jul18 * Tech services company. Tech business's customers will have Telecoms solutions provided by Toople EXPECTED MATERIAL IMPACT
23Aug18 * SE Reseller multi sites high street national BILLING WILL HAVE STARTED TO BUILD FROM SEPTEMBER 2018
29Aug18 * Well known SE-based Reseller value at least £3.5m over initial 3 years NOT APPLICABLE FOR 19H1
25Sep18 * 9 partners signed up EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

New patners being continuously signed up ESTIMATED AT 9 PER MONTH BASED ON VOX REPORT

Micro caps can be very dangerous on the downside. Most of us have been bitten. More than once. Hopefully we learn with experience and get a bit cannier because of said experiences. Toople !! Proven management that are invested and taking lower wages. Ceo has decades of successful experience within the telecoms sector. His projection of a business of 100 million built over a five year period looks to be taking place when you look at the record business being recorded. Looking into the second half of the year there is the 3.5m contract kicking in plus the resellers. That is why I have taken my position. Allot of companies are jam tomorow and toople is a bit like that at the moment but with a growing business that will be underpinned by increasing revenues in the months ahead. At the moment it is about the up front cost of providing the customer base but that should change quickly with the amount of business being generated. Just a reminder...the interims will probably be followed by a Vox report with the ceo in the afternoon. This will add to the picture.

Everything depends on the interims, this is all about whether or not the bod can be believed. If they deliver the numbers without flowery language then we'll multibag in short time... if there is any wishy washy ambiguous stuff then the hordes along with me will be leaving stage left... all imo dyor ofc.

The 19H1 interims will put Toople on Daisy Group's watchlist.

The FY19 results (released Dec2019 / Jan2020) could put Toople on Daisy's buylist.

Some of the funding will be used to boost Daisy’s "buy-and-build" investment strategy.

At this moment in time...I.e just before the interims. The share price is virtually around the same price as six months ago !! If the ceo is to be believed 😉 then we have had six months of increasing business that after costs have been swallowed up will turn to revenues. It's not rocket science or ramping, a company that has increased its market cap by the equivilant of 10% a month will be rewarded for that sort of growth. The interims could very well show the lag between business signed, and then costs and then revenues. But if April is mentioned as another record month then we have increasing monthly revenue from last October and a share price at the same level. The interims and share price reaction over the coming weeks will show if I and others are correct.

New 5* review on Trustpilot posted yesterday:Great service at low cost.Toople definitely give me a great value for money service, not matched by anyone who cold calls to sell me their systems. Their technical help section are really easy to deal with.

Like i said, they've now gone long and reactivated old usernames to post non-deramping/positive posts. Doesn't matter either way, when they sell, they'll flip back to negative login ID's and bang on and on about every and any perceived negative amplified and blown out of all proportion. Worthless commentary in either direction.

Take a look at MXO, current BB darling, but its history is interesting. A long time decline, followed by an extended period bouncing around at the low point, followed by a quick multi-bagging rise. An 8-bagger in fact. Take a look at TOOP in comparison. Not saying the same will happen here, but management are busy working away in the background to build a growing business, sentiment change can see swift re-rerates. GLA. :-)
