I saw that Yaris. What stood out for me was the fact he was completely oblivious to the extent in which his illness had taken over his life but he didn't Know it. It had built up over the years to a point in which it had become normal to him. Your life doesn't have to be like this brabazon. You can be free.

How sad a life can a non-share-holder have? No sadder than to spend a Sunday posting garbage on a share that you don't hold. Obsessive, doesn't do it justice.

He can't see that he is an obsessive character.

Did anyone see the Ch4 show on the obsessive character who could hardly get into or out of his house because of all the stuff that he had collected, mainly newspapers over the years? He was officially diagnosed as obsessive.

......................

You are a raving lunatic mixy so you must have envied the obsessive who at least had something to hoard whereas you lost your shirt averaging down on PET along with neighbour Hatto the golfer!

He can't see that he is an obsessive character.

Did anyone see the Ch4 show on the obsessive character who could hardly get into or out of his house because of all the stuff that he had collected, mainly newspapers over the years? He was officially diagnosed as obsessive. When he started to clear up the mess he began to feel better. So, SS/PMI/Harrissen/Brabazon, when you stop posting on a share that you don't hold you will feel better. It must be a really painful way to get attention, having to make up fiction all the time. As the previous poster has said, see your GP, and he will be able to help you get some psychiatric help.

You need to listen to rmart and stop your obsession with these paranoid thoughts. It's just a habit you've gotten yourself into and you just need to break it. One step at a time. Don't feel bad if you can't do it straight away, you'll get there in time. Or just see your GP. There is lots of help out there.

Speaking from experience obviously!

Listening to rmart has got you in to the fix you are in - how about this one of his from 5 months ago?

I think we all know by now the company in question is Total, as mentioned in the Mail.

If Total are putting up $330 million then they are 100% confident of Ecoshales scalability.

The share price of Tom could be mind blowing.

Skiboy10 - 31 Oct'11 - 15:28 - 9379 of 21425

I agree about the scalability rmart.

Gaffney Cline in their report on the Ecoshale process described it as 'both elegant and simple'.

Just wait and see, Nov will be massive. Mid Month.

Maybe we will also get something later this month too.

Totally transforming.

lets get the expected news out of the way....hope there's no bid, its too early, Toms assets will be worth a lot more in 12 months time.

LOL! Another befuddled clown hoping to get rich on hot air!

Live and learn sonny!
In twelve months time you will be skint if you continue to keep your money in this company.

Remember what the lying rampers were telling you 6 months ago?
Yes, TOM would be worth 10p by now!

Still trying to unlock the Red Leaf pdf file on the utah.gov site?
I think you will be very disappointed with what you find when you do manage to unlock it!

If and when!
So no announcement on the RL funding means there is no funding for Red Leaf todate!

Red Leaf Resources Inc

TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the AIM listed company with oil shale assets in the State of Utah, USA, announces that it is aware that Red Leaf Resources Inc is in the process of finalising funding commitments through partnerships and raising Private Equity for its Utah Project, which lies about 15 miles south west of TomCo's Holliday Block lease.

The Company intends to release a further announcement if and when this process completes.

brabazon3

TOM investors should be looking for updates on their own company plans instead of watching Red Leaf 24/7!
When TOM updates on those contracts you will then know Red Leaf is underway as TOM would be stupid to start work on those projects without first being assured that Red Leaf were financed and permitted to lead the way.
My guess it will be in the 2020s before TOM start operations by which time they will have about a billion shares in issue worth about .005p each!!

"The Company is also in the advanced stages of discussions with a number of Environmental Contractors on the initiation of baseline Soil and Vegetation, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources and Air Quality studies which will be required for a future development permit applications. Some of these studies are expected to begin in Q4 2011, while others will be done in the spring of 2012; further announcements will be made when specific contracts are awarded."

TomCo Energy Plc

("TomCo" or "the Company")

TomCo announces the award of key pre-development contracts for the Holliday Block Oil Shale Development Project in Uintah County, Utah.

TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the AIM listed company with oil shale assets in the State of Utah, USA, is pleased to announce that it has awarded a number of key contracts intended to provide some of the baseline environmental and operational information necessary for the formulation of a comprehensive development plan for the Holliday Block. As previously reported, TomCo's Holliday Block asset contains 123 MM bbl of recoverable oil, classified by SRK Consultants as an Indicated Resource under the JORC Code. TomCo intends to produce oil from this large resource using the EcoShale(TM) In-Capsule Process developed by Red Leaf Resources Inc.

The contracts awarded are as follows:

-- An Engineering Service Agreement signed with Rocky Mountain Power Inc (RMP), the main electric supplier in the State of Utah, under which RMP will evaluate various alternative routes and options for the provision of high voltage line power to the Holliday Block site, with a target of approximately 27 months for the supply of the electricity to commence oil production.

-- A Roads and Access Study, to be undertaken by Epic Engineering of Heber City, Utah. This project will evaluate the existing network of dirt roads in this part of the Uintah Basin, the projected loadings implied by the development of a 9,500 bopd EcoShale(TM) facility at Holliday Block, and develop plans and recommendations for road development and/or upgrading for consideration by Uintah County authorities.

-- A high-resolution airborne topographic survey of the TomCo lease, combined with a detailed ground survey co-ordinated by Epic Engineering, in order to further refine the geological model and up-grade the resource assessments for the lease.

-- A Water Resources Inventory to be undertaken by Epic Engineering, to provide data on drainage patterns, storm water predictions, seeps, springs etc in the Holliday Block area. As well as providing necessary baseline data required for environmental studies and future development permit applications, this project will help determine any additional water supply requirements for the planned TomCo development.

-- Norwest Corporation, a large mining engineering consultancy based in Canada and the USA, has been engaged to develop a detailed, and fully costed, Mine Plan for TomCo's Holliday Block development. Norwest have been working closely with Red Leaf Resources on the Mine Plan for the nearby Seep Ridge EcoShale(TM) project, and will bring this experience to bear directly on the Holliday Block. The Mine Plan will be based on the detailed geological model developed by SRK Consultants from the Company's corehole drilling on the Block, and will be the principal input into the development of Feasibility Economics for the project.

The Company is also in the advanced stages of discussions with a number of Environmental Contractors on the initiation of baseline Soil and Vegetation, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources and Air Quality studies which will be required for a future development permit applications. Some of these studies are expected to begin in Q4 2011, while others will be done in the spring of 2012; further announcements will be made when specific contracts are awarded.

Stephen Komlosy, CEO of TomCo Energy, comments: "We are delighted to have engaged the services of Rocky Mountain Power, Epic Engineering and Norwest Corporation as consultancy partners in our Holliday Block development project, and we expect to see some real progress over the next several months. These are all companies with enormous experience in the Uintah Basin, and in the challenges presented by oil shale projects, and the projects being initiated are all necessary for the upgrading of project Resources to Reserves as we move towards development of our Holliday Block asset."

All the permits are in place. So you now agree that there is a JV and funding. At last a glimpse of common sense. It has only taken 453 posts

...................
yaris delusion:-
All permits are in place and block 6 is in the bag - innit mixy?

Reality check for yaris:-
No permits in place YET - and block 6 escaped from the bag many moons ago!!

You seem to have forgotten you are NOT invested in Red Leaf, you are invested in TOM and TOM can only progress if Red Leaf are successful and achieve production at commercial level some time in the future! The original time scales set for production are now out of date and new targets cannot be set until permits are issued and funding is in place for work to begin.
TOM's work schedule for 2011/2012 is already in tatters and will also have to be rescheduled - (Copy of relevant RNS to follow!! )
