Read the documents again. The Large mining Permit can be issued 'subject to the water permit'

That is IF a water permit is needed which is not certain yet.

Thank you for your Email. Red Leaf's acquisition of Permits will certainly set a precedent for TomCo, but the process is painstaking, uncertain and slow so there may not be any saving in time.
TomCo will budget for the process. We are still on course to follow in RL footsteps.
We are hoping to make some announcements shortly, but are reliant on many factors which we do not control ourselves.

Please all do me a favour of not buying any shares in the first half hour tomorrow morn ( as I want to be first). Here is my news.

1. Living Rivers have replied to the letter and HAVE AGREED to the meeting being an Infomal Adjudication meeeting. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO this is why we saw buying Today. This information is direct from The division of oil gas and mining in Utah. FACT.

2. The final decision after tomorrows meeting will take just 1 WEEK !!!!

3. The ground water discharge permit is ongoing and they may NOT NEED A PERMIT. It could be issued "by rule". They are going through the normal process of applying and will either be granted a full permit or a "by rule" permit.

All decicisions can be appealed, the appeal proocess will take until April (max) but Red Leaf can continue with their work during the appeal process unless a "stay" is granted. (not one granted or asked for in last 10 years).

Oh and John Baza is presiding over the meeting and it is he who gives the permit decision. He is also fully behind the oil shale industry in Utah.

It's not rocket science to predict the outcome.
