Are you sure this management can be trusted?
Can you trust any company that would have BLT as a major shareholder and fund raiser? BLT held similar positions in PET and HAWK - will TOM end up in the same state once he decides to bail out and leave mugs like you holding the worthless stock same as he done on the other two occasions?

Look i don't want to fall out here but my information led me to news this week from TOM but that has not yet happened. My understanding is that this is due to events moving extremely positivly but very fast. That has caused the delay in to next week.

Three arrested in FSA insider dealing investigation

01 Mar 2012

The Financial Services Authority (FSA), with the assistance of Cheshire and Lancashire Constabularies, has this morning executed three search warrants at premises in Northwich and Rossendale. Three individuals, two men aged 43 and 42 and a woman aged 35 have been arrested and are currently in custody to be questioned in connection with an investigation in to insider dealing.
No further details can be confirmed at this time and no individuals have been charged. The arrests are not linked to any other ongoing insider dealing investigation. Insider dealing is a criminal offence that is punishable by a fine or up to 7 years imprisonment

From the same page it seems they are active in Jordan as well.



With the oil price going the way it is and the risk of imports being hit then oil shale is a no brainer.
