21/6/2024 09:14 | Maybe insurance for a replacement lost office key ? Would that "income" have to be seperately disclosed on the p&l ? Oh, that's a silly question , and income will by definition be seperately disclosed... | ![]() fenners66
21/6/2024 08:45 | I don't know what insurance would cover a company or person with a loss of income when there was no income to start with | ![]() wilson2

21/6/2024 07:09 | Interims should be next week. It will be interesting to see if they had key man insurance. We will know because TOM will live on while the insurance funds the overhead. If not it has to be curtains of some form; the company has no cash and no employees. | ![]() the diddymen

18/6/2024 13:11 | BungeeTrader added 10m on the basis that an RNS should be due. I don't think that it will be the RNS he is expecting, but a sensible investor (in as much as it was a sale) sold 14m, balancing the books. | ![]() the diddymen
18/6/2024 10:56 | Added 10m this morning. Must be due some news soon, I hope! | ![]() bungeetrader
17/6/2024 18:15 | Next scheduled one will be interims to 31/03/24 - due by 30/06/24? I think that shareholders should be due an update in a timely manner given the events of the last month. How long does it take to demonstrate that you have worked your socks off but to no avail. The twist will be if the company had key man insurance(see Lopo's post). If not then the question will be why not - albeit an academic question. | ![]() the diddymen
17/6/2024 08:59 | Is an RNS due this week ? | ![]() fenners66
15/6/2024 09:51 | Mixi on the now completely deluded thread: "goulding121514 Jun '24 - 19:47 - 31412 of 31412 0 0 0 Yes, a lot of companies, after drilling and confirmation of excellent results, has got the oilers excited, still no comment from TOM. How surprising?" Mixi you are completely deluded. This does not sit within the company's narrative strategy, TOM has no employees and no cash. Institutions lend to companies that have a structure to deliver, TOM does not have one. TOM has no capacity to change its strategy. If the markets are daft enough TOM could raise a shed load of cash to develop another business with a new strategy but existing shareholders will be obliterated and the same BoD will deliver the same outcome for the new shareholders. | ![]() the diddymen

14/6/2024 11:53 | F66 .....plus no cash and no employee and a threadbare narrative. While the Board will string events out as far as possible to enable an epitaph of 'valiant efforts', the outcome is inevitable. | ![]() the diddymen
14/6/2024 10:22 | Talais on the gamblers thread , still whistling in the wind. Read the words $500k to try and produce 40 barrels a day , without any water and needs heating , trucking etc and only available about 8 months a year - before breakdowns. Its just not commercial. | ![]() fenners66
